Villa Santa Maria features a vast reception area comprising a lounge, a large wooden table with chairs, and a superb bar, all bathed in light thanks to wide bay windows opening onto the outdoors at 180°. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Krups bean-to-cup coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a ceramic hob, an electric griddle, a complete set of dishes, a television, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as an ironing board and iron. A relaxation area with a table football completes this convivial setting.

SLEEPING AREA
The villa has 8 bedrooms — 6 with double beds and 4 with single beds convertible into double beds — as well as 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets, ensuring optimal comfort for everyone.

OUTDOOR AREA
Villa Santa Maria is also to be enjoyed outdoors: an immense private wooden terrace, free from overlooking neighbours, features beautiful garden furniture, a lounge area with armchairs and sofas, hammocks, and a gas barbecue, all set amid lush greenery. Games lovers haven't been forgotten either, with a ping-pong table ready for sunny matches in Notre-Dame-de-Monts.

PREMIUM SERVICES
To make your stay even more memorable, the villa also offers a swimming spa, a sauna, and a hydromassage bath. These private facilities are available as an option, at a cost of €100 for the duration of your stay. An aquabike is also available.

Bed linen is provided.
Bath towels are not provided. A towel kit can be rented for €7 per person. Bathrobes are also available to rent at €5 per person.
Pets under 25kg that are well-behaved are welcome for €15.End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price.
Mid-stay cleaning can also be requested for €39 (please notify us at least 3 days in advance).A baby kit is available on request for an additional €15. It includes a travel cot (with mattress and mattress protector), a high chair, and a baby bath.A €1,500 security deposit will be requested upon arrival via bank card pre-authorization (not charged and released at check-out).
