- Strictly NO PARTIES - you will be fined - the property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and we kindly ask that guests respect our neighbours' by avoiding any loud or disruptive behaviour/ There is CCTV outside the property and a noise detector inside to prevent disturbances. Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate eviction.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.

- CCTV is in operation in the outdoor areas of the property, so whilst your privacy is in mind, so is your safety. (No cameras are located inside the apartments),
