Also due to the view over the mountains from the property and its quiet, sunny and secluded location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire site. Use of the taproom when ordering draft beer on request

Nova Ves nad Nisou, district Nova Ves nad Nisou, 700 m above sea level. The cottage is located on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and shrubs, bordered by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 600 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 7 cars) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 35 m).
