Modern and beautiful villa, spread over 2 floors, renovated in 2022. Located 700 meters from the center of Novi Vinodolski, 900 meters from the sea, and 1.1 kilometers from the beach. For sole use: a 700 m2 property (fenced) with lawn and plants, a heated swimming pool (30 m², 150 cm deep, available seasonally from March 15 to November 15) with an indoor staircase. Irregular pool shape, outdoor shower, pool house with shower and toilet, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Inside the house: internet access, sauna, whirlpool, billiards, air conditioning, washing machine, and dryer. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the property. Shop 700 meters, supermarket 900 meters, restaurant 700 meters, pebble beach 2.2 kilometers, rocky beach 1.1 kilometers. Yacht harbor 900 meters. Please note: airport 30 kilometers from the house. Property under video surveillance (can be turned off upon request). Heated pool (extra cost). It is necessary to give 7 days' notice in advance if the pool heating should be turned on. The sauna, whirlpool, and billiards are located in the pool house along with a dartboard and satellite TV.
