The unit accommodates up to seven guests, including adults, children, and babies, though local condominium rules count all equally. The maximum capacity is seven people, with the seventh guest being a minor under 15 years old.

Sleeping arrangements Three bedrooms and four beds provide a restful space for everyone in your group. Soft bed linens and clothing storage help you settle in and make the apartment feel personal and comfortable. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant night’s sleep in the warm coastal climate.

Kitchen & dining Prepare simple meals or family dinners in the kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, blender, and drip coffee maker. Dishes, bowls, cups, and utensils are provided, and a dining table invites you to share meals together at home.

Safety & details The apartment is equipped with a carbon monoxide alarm. Please note that a smoke alarm, hair dryer, shampoo, and heating are not available. Essentials such as bed linens are included, though guests should plan accordingly for personal toiletries.

Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._0_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.
