I got away from it all. A shame I have to go back to the real world. Staff was excellent. Facilities were super !

Overall very good! Enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location only 5-10 min taxi ride to shopping. Can walk the trail to Bucerías in 20-25 mins. Makes me sad to see the number of young children selling goods on the beach alone but I know that’s not in the hotels control. Hotel was nice enough to let us give them some water.

We were pleased with our stay at the Krystal Grand Nuevo. Unlike others we visited with we were happy with our room. The buffet and restaurants were okay. Pool are was very nice except for lack of chairs. Overall we rated it a 7/10. Staff was not overly friendly. Pool boys/girls were awesome!

We stayed for 1 week. Check in process with Expedia booking was a breeze. They take you to the altitude club to check in and are very welcoming. Our room was a King ocean view overlooking the beach. Fourth floor so palm trees were right in the perfect view but was still able to see the sunset perfectly. We hung out at the kids pool most days as there were kids in our group. The meals were all delicious in the Al la cartes. We tried all 4 as well as the buffet. Aren’t fussy eaters so there was always something to eat. Fish tacos by the beach took the best meal of the week. The staff was all very friendly. Juan poolside of the kids pools was by far the best server of the week. He made sure our cups were never empty and if you went to surfos bar for a drink he was sure to tell you he would bring you your drink as he was looking after us! Cesar and the entertainment team did an excellent job of keeping everyone entertained. If you have any issues at all just find Cesar Suarez he is the man! He would make sure to come visit everyday and make sure we were enjoying our stay! Very helpful and very friendly! I’m sure there’s better resorts out there but this all in all was a great holiday. We travelled with a large group of us so we were able to have a lot of fun!

Wifi in the rooms is horrible..I had to go to the lobby to make calls. Beds very uncomfortable. Receptionist was do rude. Mosquitoes in the room. Very limited breakfast options.

I was at the resort for a week with my 3 year old daughter. We enjoyed the beach and pool area the most. We just dined at the buffet for our meals and each day had a variety of options and was pleased with it.
The staff were great and make this place a fantastic choice to stay in Nuevo Vallarta!
