We loved the quiet location and the facilities amenities were great for our family stay.The unit itself has a couple of issues with its amenities though. When we arrived, it didnât seem to be cleaned very well and we had to do a cleaning ourselves. When we swept up the floor there was a lot of dog hair that I was having an allergic reaction to, which was odd since animals are not allowed in the unit. Once we cleaned I had no problems with allergies.We also had a total of 7 guests (5 adults and 2 small children) and the kids stayed in the den which has two pullout couch beds. However the unit had no extra bedding for them. Our first night our kids had to use beach towels as blankets/sheets, but the concierge was able to bring is sheets and blankets on day two.It would have been nice to have a BBQ on the large deck and we had to buy dishwasher and laundry detergent (even though they recommend throwing the bed sheets in the laundry when checking out)The windows in the bedrooms are thin so you can hear the road traffic at night and in fact the windows in the den donât fully close so it was a bit louder for the children. The large sliding windows in the unit on the deck and in the loving room all have locks but none of them work. So itâs a bit scary having little children there who get up early and run around the unit. We always but the dining chairs in front of the windows to block them from being opened at night.Ultimately I would stay there again. So 4 stars over 3.
