Tolles großes Haus, schöne Küche. Die Tischtennisplatte und der Grill wurde bei schönem Wetter direkt genutzt. Leider fehlte in der Küche eine Reiber. Evtl. eine Idee in jedem Schlafraum einen Wandspiegel anzubringen. Kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Positiv: Sauber, hochwertige Küchengeräte, komfortable Betten, Tischtennisplatte und Kicker, überdachter Außenbereich mit Esstisch und Grill.Negativ: Haus zwar hochwertig, aber sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und sehr steril, dadurch eher ungemütlich. Viele kalte Wände und ein paar Wandbilder, die im Esszimmer ausschließlich Eigenwerbung für andere Ferienwohnungen des Gastgebers zeigen. In jedem Zimmer des Hauses die gleichen Fliesen, sogar in den Schlafzimmern. Ein Minimum an Einrichtung und Deko. Esszimmer als einziger Aufenthaltsraum zu klein für diese Anzahl an Personen. Nachts nicht abstellbare Außenbeleuchtung, die durchs Fenster reinscheint. Eine Schlafcouch steht im Esszimmer und kann nur mit Mühe schlaffertig gemacht werden, zumal auch kein Bettzeug hierfür vor Ort war. In der Annonce angegebene Personenzahl bis zu 16 damit deutlich irreführend - hier bitte "Wohnbereich 1" durch "Esszimmer" ersetzen, damit keine Gruppen mit falschen Erwartungen anreisen, denn niemand will im Esszimmer schlafen. Bis zu 14 Personen gehen effektiv.In Summe 8/10, weil die wichtigsten Kriterien (Sauberkeit, gute Betten, gute Küche) sehr gut erfüllt sind.

Sehr schönes Haus

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gemütlich (für kleine und große Gruppe). Küche ist voll gut ausgestattet. Betten sauber und bequem. Highlight bei uns war die Tischtennis Platte wir hatten sehr viel Spaß. Esstisch ist so groß das alle da beim Essen/Spielen platzt hatten. Sofa könnte bisl größer sein,ist aber nur ein Luxus Problem. Wir saßen auch sehr gerne auf der Terrasse auch da haben alle Platz gehabt. Auch der Waschtrokner war perfekt für die Kindersachen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett,so nett das er sehr Hilfsbereit ist. Als einer der Kinder sein Nintendo Spielebox dort liegen gelassen hat,konnten wir Ihn gleich kontaktieren, er war 2 mal im Haus und 6 h mit suchen beschäftigt,leider ohne Erfolg! Vielen Dank an Herr Koch!

beautiful surroundings and house

A very beautiful area with lovely mountains and hills. The village is located between Numbrecht and Wiehl. The village is very clean and tidy, and the house is also very modern. We really enjoyed it.

Der Gastgeber wirkte in seinen Emails kurz angebunden und nicht kommunikationsfreudig.

Der Weg von der Küche zum Eßtisch war etwas weit und es fehlte eine gemütliche Ecke zum Sitzen. Sonst war alles in Ordnung.
