The hotel is very pretty in a very tourist centric area . We enjoyed the room and pool very much w an extremely friendly staff. My issues w the hotel are with their buffet dinner which doesn't include any drinks but water . There no logic in any hotel chain this big w not allowing soft drinks and juices w a full all included buffet. Also the way it told to you is aggressive.

The establishment is very old and facilities are outdated. For example bath towel are in a very poor condition. Food is substandard and buffet breakfast is only good for people after hunger strike. I would not recommend this hotel to people who are after comfort and leisure. It is very surprising such a hotel as 5 star rating in fact it should be rated maximum 3-star.
