A fantastic location, views and beach, it’s really quite relaxing, no hussle and Bussle with some great dinner options, breakfast is delicious, the rooms are well appointed, the staff are super wonderful and have no issues recommending this property.

Resort is great for families with young kids- they have a pool with sand so its like a imitation beach that would be perfect for parents to sit on the side while the kids play instead of going to the actual beach. Breakfast has variety but taste is poor, and the staff will shut everything off and take everything away on the dot at 10.30- very different to other resorts I have been to where the breakfast is very nice and staff will ensure you have what you need before they take things away. Nusa Dua area is not ideal for people who would like to venture out for meals etc as there are very limited options.

I stayed at Hilton Bali Resort for two weeks and was not happy with the cleanliness of the room. The sink tap would come off in my hands. Which is a bad standard for this organisation. I had to find a way to fit it back in. I was appaled to change rooms, three times in total. Then the second room was infested with ants, which ended up all on our wardrobes on the hanging rail into my clothes and my son's clothes. To speak with manager Sarah, the duty manager, had said the room. Would be cleaned with was unacceptable. The roo. They had been cleaned twice before in the day, so what were they doing?????? My wife had nothing to wear for the next day. And I just went through my son's clothes and made sure there were no ants on them. The cleaners did come to the room and started to use insect-killing spray; I asked them not to, but they still did and left the room with an awful smell. We changed rooms again for the second time room. We stayed as calm as possible as we did not moods off on holiday. The third room was cleaned quite well, but as days went by, the standards had dropped again. Standards through away, our snacks were ruined as we did not want to take the risk of eating ants. We asked to be compensated, but it was refused by the duty manager Sarah. There was no follow-up with how we or any compassion. furthermore, the son's clothes meant to be dry cleaned, but no one even called to check, and we just had enough of changing rooms. My rating would have been higher but the fact that walking inside the property to their Shore restaurant in the vending I hit a reckon the pathway and took a tumble and hurt my arm and leg. Lucky no broken bones! But this area was dark and no markings indicated that the rock was jutting into the walkway and could try walker like me! Landscape lighting highlighting th rock or self reflecting tape around the rock would have alerted casual walkers under dim conditions to step away. Then first aid kits were lacking and the clinic had closed by 8pm. So did get excellent nurse bandaged me the next day. Its healing fine now.

Beautiful luxury hotel. Nice and helpful staffs. Clean and spacious room. Buffet breakfast was great, lots of choices. Great swimming pools and beach area. We will definitely return if we ever go to Bali again.

A Truly Exceptional Stay at Hilton Bali Resort! Our stay at Hilton Bali Resort in Nusa Dua was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The service was impeccable, with every team member ensuring we had a comfortable and memorable experience. The resort itself is breathtaking, with stunning ocean views, beautiful pools, and world-class amenities that made our stay truly special. A special mention to the incredible Dreams Studio team, particularly Hardi and Gustu, who did an outstanding job with our photo session. The photos and videos turned out absolutely beautiful. Their patience with our kids and dedication to capturing the best shots made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Their professionalism and talent were truly exceptional, and we highly recommend their services to anyone staying at the resort!
