Excellent resort with everything you could want. Gorgeous patrolled beach, pools, dining, shopping in local area and access to water sports. Staff were super friendly, the area in and around the resort felt very safe. Not the cheapest place in Bali but if you want a quiet resort with all the facilities this is it. Would happily go back.

Nice stay

Nice experience at the Merusaka. First, in our room at the ground floor with direct access, from our balcony, to a pool shared with only 3 other rooms (we were always alone in the pool, actually). The hotel has also a very clean beach. A nice walk along the coast goes through this hotel and others. A small outdoor commercial center, Bali Collection, is close to the hotel, 10 minutes walking. The team wished me twice my birthday (in the room with a cake and when dining, the singer of the running show sung "happy birthday" along with waiters :)), and I thank them again for that. Thanks Merusaka team for your help and listening.

Good stay

It’s a beautiful resort but not very well maintained. Out bathroom ceiling was full of mold and it smelled terribly. Nice pool but it was very hot, not even refreshing and over 30 degrees outside. Nice beach but not enough umbrellas. Overall good experience but not 5 star.

Quite a nice hotel good beach nice grounds. Only problem was we stayed for 5 nights and unfortunately for 3 nights there were corporate events which really disturbed our stay lots of loud pa announcement

The atmosphere and the whole area was beautiful and just lovely! The beach next to it is brilliant! Obviously as it is a resort it is in it own area so if you wanted to go out you would have to leave the resort and go out.

Bei der Ankunft wird man in einer sehr schönen Eingangshalle empfangen. Das Einchecken ging zügig und wir wurden zu unserem Zimmer gebracht. Das Zimmer war super, mit direktem Poolzugang, einem riesigen Bett und einem sehr großen Badezimmer. Leider roch das Zimmer feucht und der Verdacht bestätigte sich, als man sich auf das Bett legte. Es fühlte sich klamm an. Die Klimaanlage war recht laut, obwohl sie auf niedrigster Stufe lief. Unsere Koffer lagen auf dem Boden, um sie zu sortieren. Leider stellten wir beim zusammenpacken der Koffer fest, dass auch die Sachen im Koffer nun klamm waren. Als wir dann die Koffer aufgerichtet hatten, waren die Koffer nass auf der Außenseite. Am Rande sei noch erwähnt das es etliche kleine schwarze fliegen im Zimmer gab. Die Außenanlage ist ein Traum: mehrere Pools für Groß und Klein und ein super Strand. Sämtliche Mitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich und hatten immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Leider haben wir nur eine Nacht hier verbracht, denn hier hätten wir es, in einem anderen Zimmer, auch länger ausgehalten. Das Frühstück bot alles, was man braucht. Von süß bis deftig gab es alles.
