The property is centrally located in a large garden. From the large, south-facing wooden terrace, you have a view of an extensive nature reserve where organic cows and sheep graze in the summer months. There is also a west-facing terrace with a sea view of the Kattegat and often beautiful sunsets. You can also observe deer, pheasants and hares, which often appear in the garden. There are numerous fruit trees and shrubs in the garden, which guests are welcome to help themselves to.



The beach is very close by and invites you to take a refreshing dip. There are good opportunities for long walks to the Sonnerup forest or the Klint limestone quarry. There is plenty to see and experience along the coast. Buy fresh fish in the harbour at Odden or Rørvig. You can also take a stroll through the streets of Nykøbing, visit the galleries or play a round of golf in Højby.
