3BR/2BA, BR1:1K, BR2:1Q, BR3: 2 doubles with a bunk bed over one.  Ideally situated just steps from the beach and Ocean Crest Pier, this inviting home offers the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and seaside convenience. Enjoy ocean breezes and island living with the spacious outdoor covered deck ideal for morning coffee, relaxing, or unwinding after a day in the sun.

An open floor plan with ROKU TV, WIFI, board games, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central heat & air, hot/cold outside shower with changing area and outdoor charcoal grill. Linens included in weekly and less than 7 day stays only. 3 night minimum rates available in Value - Resort Seasons. Dog friendly - 2 dog limit with no extra fees.  Please call our office to inquire. Disappointed

I was looking forward to staying so close to the beach. When we got there our house smelled like urine and wasn't pleasant, I didn't want to call immediately thinking maybe we could just air out the house. Airing out the house didn't work and the following day we got a glade plug in to mask the smell and a strong candle. I called the following day also and didn't hear back from the number that was given to us to call if there was a problem. I was disappointed that they never reached out. I told them when we checked out that I called the day after we arrived and they confirmed that they got the message from me, but never followed back up with us. I am still waiting to get my credit back that they said they would give back to us. Sorry, I can't recommend staying here.

Family Gathering

The property need a good clean!! Chair’s on the outside deck were so dirty we had to give them a good scrub they were black !! Cushions were also very dirty couldn’t seat sit on them with out covering. Pillows on the beds needed a upgrade, generally the bedding needed some attention. Storage for hanging any clothes was not suitable filled with bits of unwanted things . The property had a iron but was unusable to use it was completely black on the bottom . Oven was also very dirty

The place was convenient to the beach and had a great screened in porch. Perfect for 6 to 7 people

Renting wad easy. Rental was as described. Only complaint is there needs to be more living room sitting since it sleeps 7 to 8 people. Has a love seat and 2 chairs. Everything else was as described and was great location and pretty good value for the money.

Roach Motel

This property was filthy and in need of a serious deep cleaning. Upon arrival, we noted a dead bug on the floor, someone’s false eyelash strip next to kitchen faucet, a filthy oven and cooktop. Some dishes in the cupboards were dirty with food debris on them. Vents and fans were full of dust. A sink in the bathroom didn’t drain well. During our stay, a roach climbed up near the dishwasher and one climbed on my daughter during the night! The floors were sticky. The garbage bin had not been picked up and had maggots on it. Underneath the sink, a bucket had some putrid unknown liquid in it. I would never stay at this house again and I would strongly recommend no-one else does either. The only things that were clean were the towels and linens as they were provided by a laundry service. The proximity to the beach was excellent and thank goodness we spent most of our time there. No toilet paper, soap or paper towels were provided either.

This was a great place for my family to stay for the week! We enjoyed the screened in porch. I would see about adding a bigger A/C unit or another to cool the house appropriately. Around lunch until 7pm the unit has a really hard time cooling below 77. Perfect pet friendly home!

Renter Beware

This property is in need of a lot of love and elbow grease. When we arrived the home was absolutely filthy. There were piles of dust and left items (water bottles, golf tees, water bottle caps, ping pong balls, empty beer cans) under every bed. The ceiling fan in the kitchen and those in the bedroom were also coated in dust. There was no way to turn the fans due to all the dirt. The floors were gritty and dirty, I’m not sure they have ever been wet mopped and were very sloppily swept. There were also broken mini blinds in almost every room and the screen door on the porch was broken. When we called the management company they sent over a housekeeper that stayed all of 15 minutes. The only positive about this house was the location because it’s a very easy walk to the beach access and the inlet.

Beach vacay 2021

The location was great! The issues we had were the quilt on the queen bed had blood on it and I washed it before I put the sheets on. The floor was swept clean, but needs to be damp mopped. The cushions on the wicker furniture could be replaced, not comfortable. We were not looking for more modern, that was ok with us. location and pets welcome were important, and that was appreciated!

Great beach walk

House could use some updates. The water from the sinks did not get cold enough to give my dog cold water had to keep refilling the ice and put it in there to keep cold. The beds could be bigger and the A/C had a hard time keeping up to stay cool. The house shook a lot as well which you could feel. Unfortunately I do have to say their was water-bugs also. Overall we had a great time just house could definitely use some updates but we obviously loved that it was pet friendly and beach walk. We also loved the yard and privacy trees also had an awesome outdoor shower and screened in front porch.

Great location!

The location of the property was the best feature! So close to the beach and easy access (bike and walk) to many restaurants. The house overall could use some TLC but it was clean and being the beach people that we are we didn’t spend a lot of time inside. Our daughter and her friend had a great time and they easily went back and forth between the house and beach. Added bonus was our dog got to go with us as well. Thanks!

Love the Porch

4 friends and I celebrated my retirement in Dream Catcher. We all loved the screened in porch and the location of the house. It was an easy one block walk to the beach. I selected this house because it is dog friendly and had the porch.
