Our kitchen feels like you are right at home with all the cookware, pots, pans, crockpot, blender, and spices. Includes Washer/Dryer/Iron/Hair Dryer/Keurig, and Coffee Maker. This updated Ranch Sleeps 7 and is only a 15 minute walk to the beach, Golf, Restaurants. Backs up to the Intra-Coastal Waterway Public Boat Launch. Only 10 minutes to Southport Ferry to Bald Head Island. Enjoy the quiet beach, fishing on the dock at the boat launch around the corner. Oak Island Golf Club is just a few miles down Oak Island Way or just relax on the screened porch. Fenced in Yard & Outdoor Shower. We loved our stay here. The kitchen was wonderful and fully stocked with everything needed. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the screen in porch and it was only a 5 minute drive to the beach and shops. Parking is available at the beach for 5 an hour. The host was very quick to respond with any questions. Great place, would definitely recommend and are hoping to come back next year!

A wonderful place to come and relax. Even though we didn't have the best weather the screened in porch let us be outside without getting rained on.

Cute and Cozy

We stayed here for our annual beach trip. House was close to everything in OKI and the beach! Kitchen was well equipped for our week long stay. We enjoyed sitting on the porch for dinner and games at night. Owners were very accommodating and quick to respond when we needed help! Would stay here again!!

Relaxing beach getaway

W have had such a wonderful experience. The hosts were easy to communicate with both before and during our trip. It's a beautiful home, very clean and is just as advertised on the site. It has a huge wraparound porch where we spent a lot of our time and the outdoor fans kept it comfortable even in the heat. Our first time using vrbo and we are very happy we did.

Relaxing Vacation

The weather could have been a little better,due to the hurricane, however we made the best of it and overall a great vacation. Jen was great and answered any questions right away. She even offered and extra day for us to stay due to the weather.GREAT HOST!!!!

Great Vacay Property

This house was the most equipped house w have ever rented. Loys of kitchen gadgets. The pouch was amazing, adding a lot more living space. Very close to beach access, restaurants and shopping. Working with the property owners were great and they were very caring! This is a five star rental!

Cute and comfortable house

We stayed at this house on a weekend our friend was getting married. Great, safe feeling neighborhood. Great location. Close to grocery store. Great response from owners. We liked the separation of the bedrooms and the kitchen was well stocked. We would stay there again. Thanks Jen and Ken!

My stay

The community is very nice, and the house was very nice. But I will say there were no sheets on the beds and I was never notified to bring my own. They try to charge 35 for you to use their sheets they have in the closets.

Delightful Stay

Jen’s house on Oak Island is delightful. Wonderful use of the space. Easy quick drive to the 46th street parking and beach access. The beach is full of families and is very dog friendly. The house is also close to a small butterfly garden and access to a he intercostal byway. We had a small electrical problem and Jen responded and took care of it quickly. Highly recommend!

wonderful light-filled home, fab porch

High ceilings, many windows provide a fab connection with beachlife. Huge wraparound screened porch with the best comfortable furniture for outdoor living. Steps to intracoastal park, pier, gazebo to enjoy breezes. The kitchen alone is a delight in which to cook and linger. Plus state of the art hvac, amenities.

The Perfect House

I usually feel like I make a few sacrifices to stay at the beach. In this case there were none (unless you just need to be closer to the beach). The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. The kitchen is amazing if you like to cook. The real gem of this house is the wrap around screened in porch. It was such a pleasure to stay in such a nice house with great space and great walkable views of the sound.

Our Amazing Vacation

The house is beautiful and spacious and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you will ever need. Jen was also so generous and provided us with sheets and towels so we didn’t have to bring them from home. We stayed for 4 days and the weather was rainy so she even allowed us to have a late check out on the last day so we could enjoy another day at the beach. I love the fact that she went above and beyond to make sure we would be happy. My family and I had an unforgettable vacation.
