Fabulous stay!

Our family had an incredible time at this gorgeous property. The modern elegance of the house and the breathtaking ocean views from every room left us speechless. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure our check-in process was seamless, which we greatly appreciated. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, ensuring that we felt comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. I cannot recommend this beach house enough. It provided the ideal setting for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway, and we are already planning our next visit.

A Luxurious Escape with Spectacular Views - A Highly Recommended Vacation Haven!

High recommend ! From the moment we stepped into this exquisite property, everything surpassed our expectations. The panoramic views that greeted us from every corner of the property were nothing short of breathtaking. The expansive windows and well-appointed balconies offered sweeping vistas of the serene beach, creating a backdrop that added an extra layer of magic to our stay. Waking up to the gentle sound of waves and witnessing the sunsets from the comfort of our private haven made every moment truly memorable. The attention to detail in the decor, furnishings, appliances, utilities and amenities was impeccable. A big plus was super comfy beds. I would definitely book this property, whenever I am in Oak island next !!

Disappointed

This property does not live up to its description. The location is great. Layout of the house is excellent for family interaction. Beds are comfortable. Pool nice but not heated. However, the house was filthy. Carpets badly stained in bedrooms. Oven awful. Many pans rusty. Kitchen utensils melted and oven mits nasty. Refrigerator freezer had been left open and completely frosted up - never produced ice the entire week. AC air returns haven't been changed in a very long time - disgusting. There is no way this property was cleaned and sanitized as advertised. This could be a great rental, but in current condition not worth the price!

Remote Oak Island

I have rented many VRBO's and never experienced this ... We arrived having to go the bathroom, 11 people in three cars.... not one bathroom had a roll of toilet paper (are you kidding me) and we had to put the linens on our beds... (who set up this policy). This property manager needs to rethink these cheap practices... is there another reason? Location is excellent, house was good... nice layout... the other improvement needed... the word grill in house description needs to add "charcoal camp type"... I have never had this type of grill at a rental... the word "grill" in the house description usually means propane tank grill with backup tank...
