My reservation was for a ground floor room because of my disability. At check in I was offered a third floor room and told that the elevator was broken. I refused and afterward the manager said he worked something out and found a room on the first floor. The room was okay but smelled like the carpet has had some accidents. Too tired to go elsewhere and stayed. Probably won’t come back nor recommend.

I stayed here for three days, I was on the second floor and the elevator was out of order the entire time, as well as the television in the room, all the channels I can only watch for about 4-5 minutes at a time before getting a message on the screen that there was a bad connection with the Ethernet cable, I ended up turning the tv off and going to sleep.

The receptionist didn’t inform us until after checking in when we were trying to take our luggage to the second floor that the elevators have not been working for over 3 months. Upon asking her ‘how’ do we take our luggage, she said usually customers call before hand to let them know that they have heavy luggage. I said ‘how would we know that the elevators aren’t working?’ She had no answer.
