Plus de négatif que de positif
Publié le 7 oct. 2019 sur HotelsHôtel très jolie et bien situé dans Oakland, à 100 mètres du ferry pour San Francisco.
Train à proximité de l’hôtel qui passe toute la nuit et de plus klaxonne à chaque intersection donc nuit très difficile.
Concernant la chambre nous avons réservé pour 5 personnes et nous avions que 2 lits normaux. Nous avons dû dormir à 3 en travers pendant 4 nuits.
Un accueil pas super et ils ne font pas trop d’effort pour nous comprendre. Le parking extrêmement cher.

We do charge for parking as we only offer valet and have no other parking option. Our corporate shuttle only runs Monday thru Friday. I am sorry you were misinformed. Great hotel at the pier

The water front are things Bishop Wyatt and restaurants this was his second visit and I could tell by his continence he enjoyed his stay

Clean, very comfortable. Just wish they had an EV charger. Would have put it over the top but just a minor inconvenience
