Like a home from a storybook, Trail Creek Canyon Ranch sits nestled between rolling hills that are blanketed in crisp white snow in winter, colorful falling leaves in autumn, lush green grass in spring, and warm sunshine in summer. If you dream about a serene mountain estate that allows you total peace while surrounding you with striking natural beauty, you’ll find that here at Trail Creek Canyon Ranch. A stone entryway welcomes you to the impressive grounds, which include an idyllic red barn, sparkling creek, stocked fishing pond, sweeping mountain views, vibrant wildlife, and stately, mature trees. With eight bedrooms spread out over nearly 10,000 luxurious square feet, Trail Creek Canyon Ranch is the place where your family’s Rocky Mountain vacation dreams come to life.

The main level of Trail Creek Canyon Ranch features a spectacular great room with space for everyone to gather together. Two enormous velvety soft, L-shaped sectional sofas are piled high with throw pillows and surround the massive stone fireplace. This spacious yet completely comfy room also includes several inviting armchairs and plush stools, while overhead the soaring 25’ vaulted ceiling exposes the impressive wood beams. The entire space is illuminated by a formal chandelier, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural sunlight and gorgeous views.

Next to this stunning living space is a dining table with seating for twelve that leads effortlessly into the open kitchen. Here you’ll find natural wood cabinets topped with gorgeous slabs of quartz, and a center island with casual bar stool seating. A full suite of premier stainless-steel appliances includes a gas range, double wall oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The huge refrigerator is paneled to blend seamlessly with the cabinets, and the entire space is highlighted by a diamond-tiled backsplash and elegant lighting fixtures. This is the perfect space to prepare warm mugs of morning coffee for your group or flip a stack of fresh blueberry pancakes to fuel up for the day of adventure ahead. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining hall which will accommodate 12-18 additional guests!

Eight private and peaceful sleeping spaces offer space for 30 people to relax and recharge. On the main level, the primary suite features a sumptuous king-size bed, large HDTV, and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and step-in steam shower. A secondary suite is also on the main level, with a luxe king-size bed, HDTV, and an attached full bathroom. The lower-level features two guest suites, each with king-size beds, HDTVs, and ensuite bathrooms with tub/shower combos. A fifth bedroom houses two queen-size beds and two twin-size beds, while the sixth bedroom has a flexible mix of two twin-size beds with trundles, one full-size bed, and two twin-over-twin-size bunk beds. The seventh bedroom is a bunk room with three twin-over-twin-size bunks. And finally, in the eighth bedroom/office, there’s a pull-out sofa bed.

Trail Creek Canyon Ranch is surrounded by meticulous country landscaping, peaceful open spaces, and breathtaking panoramic views. When you head outside, you can take your pick of exciting mountain adventures and stroll to the footbridge that leads to the private fishing pond or hike the scenic surrounding trails. When it’s time to relax with a steaming mug of cocoa in winter or a cold drink in summer, kick back in one of the outdoor lounge chairs and gaze out at the view of the horses grazing in the neighboring pasture. The crackling fire pit is an ideal spot to roast some s’ mores. And for even more relaxation, pour a glass of wine and take a dip in the soothing outdoor hot tub. Local wildlife including deer and elk are known to frequently stroll by (almost daily!), so keep an eye out. The picture-perfect red horse barn— although not accessible to guests of the ranch— provides a lovely view and often hosts visiting horses, too.

Adventure awaits inside, too, where there are two game rooms filled to the brim with activities for the whole family. There’s a regulation-size pool table, ping pong table, skee ball game, foosball table, shuffle board and two pinball machines. There’s also an arcade game with 3500 challenges to choose from, a commercial air hockey table, a steel-tip dartboard with electronic scoring, and a Boss Toss— a wall-mounted, cornhole-like game. The huge HDTVs are equipped with Nintendo Switch and XBOX, and the WiFi throughout the home is impressive, high-speed fiber WiFi that’s lightning-fast and ultra-reliable.

Trail Creek Canyon Ranch is ideally situated for nearly unlimited enjoyment of the mountain landscape in the immediately surrounding area. There’s Weber River access within walking distance, nearby equestrian mountain trails, and epic hiking and mountain biking paths. Craving a bit of adrenaline? You can rent UTVs or snowmobiles in winter to explore the 2-million acres forest, or head over to Park City Powder Cats Heli-Ski for a helicopter ride to totally untouched powder. An impressive array of world-class golf courses and reservoirs are within 35 minutes of the main gate and there’s premier fly fishing on the Provo and Weber Rivers within the same distance. Boaters will enjoy the beautiful Rockport Reservoir, while paddleboarders and kayakers can float on the Smith and Moorhouse Reservoir or Mirror Lake. The exciting cities of Park City and Deer Valley are a short 25-minute drive and Salt Lake City is about 50 minutes away.
