Enchanting 1 room apartment with kitchen and bathroom near the center with garden view.
The apartment is suitable for 2 persons.
This apartment consists of a cozy living room / dining room a large double bed in the modern Bavarian flair of a small dining group and a cuddly seating group. This room is equipped with a satellite TV and a stereo system. WIFI is also available.
This is followed by a modern and fully equipped kitchen, equipped with a fridge and induction cooker, dishes and cookware.
The bathroom invites you to extensive showering experience through a rain shower and is equipped with a 'quaint' vanity.
Bed linen and towels are included.
A washing machine room and a tumble dryer are available.
The garden invites you to relax. A trip to nature or a relaxed walk through the village, as well as a trip to the famous cultural monuments are within a short time reachable from here.
In this price, the tourist tax is included.



Our holiday apartment 'Sissi' is located in the König Ludwig Strasse 6, not far from the Oberammergau town center.

Location:
On foot you are in about 4 minutes walk in the center, with all its specialty shops, restaurants, cafes and venues such. B. the Passionspieltheater. Hikes, bike tours start about 100 meters from the house. A sledge mountain and the Sonnenloipe can be reached in winter also in about 4 minutes. The ski area Kolben, the Laberbergbahn or the swimming pool are max. 4 minutes by car. The train and bus station is about 10 minutes away. So an ideal location to leave the car.

The apartment is suitable for 2 people.

A carriage mountain and the sun tracks are so accessible in winter in about 4 minutes. To the ski flask Laber mountain train or the swimming pool there are max. 4 minutes by car. The train and bus station is about a 10 minute walk away. To have an ideal location for the car at times.

Ideal spot for exploring the region. This lovely apartment had literally everything we needed for our three night visit. Safe and secure feeling, comfortable bed, great shower, fantastic location - what more do you need? I was initially concerned about not being able to park directly in front, but it was easy to find a place to park just a short walk away and it wasn't an issue at all. I would absolutely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to suggest it to friends.

Apartment was central to the village of Oberammergau and an easy 10 minute walk to "downtown" and the Passion Play Theater - which is why we were there. It was much smaller than expected. We had four good size bags and it was tight getting them all in and still be able to walk around them. Owner communication was OK, but we had trouble deciphering the parking instructions and finally got clarification of the "blue parking" areas from the TI office. We wound up parking in a paid lot which wound up being 7 euro per day vs the 5 euro we expected. We did appreciate the presence of a communal washer and dryer and were able to refresh our wardrobe while we were there. All-in-all, a good rental for the brief time we were there. If we were to stay longer though, we'd look for a hotel or a larger apartment.

Un beau séjour trop court.

Vous pouvez venir à cette adresse en toute confiance, Christian et sa femme feront tout leur possible pour que votre séjour se passe bien, même en cas d'imprévu. A noter que sa femme parle très bien français. Nous reviendrons certainement pour un plus long séjour.

Wonderful apartment, great location

My wife and I spent two nights in early September 2022. Everything in the apartment was at least as good as advertised. The communication from the owner was prompt and thorough. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and had a great shower. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The outside area had two nice sitting areas, and the views from inside and outside were great. It is about a 3-5 minute casual walk to the many stores in Oberammergau, and the Passion Play theater was 10-12 minutes on foot. Highly recommended. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Great location, easy to access

The unit looks just like it does online. The room was clean, all the utilities worked. The unit was on the first floor which was very convenient. Washer and dryer were also on the first floor. The parking was around the corner, a short walk, and we didn't have any problems finding a parking spot. It was an easy walk to "downtown". The couch, as pictured, isn't a real piece of furniture, and not partially comfortable. Also I don't think there was adequate lighting to read. Communication with the owner was great, he always got back to us in a very short amount of time. The shower had great pressure. If in the area we would consider staying again.

Oberammergau bietet viel Kultur und das App. Sissy ist bereits ein Teil...

Ein verträumtes App. mit viel Charme und mit allem ausgestattet was auch uns einen längeren Aufenthalt vorstellbar machen könnte. Kommendes Jahr wollen wir gerne zur Passion uns wieder dieses App. buchen.

Ein sehr sauberes, gemütliches Appartment in einem schönen Ort

Das Appartment "Sissi" ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt sehr nahe von Bergen. Durch Fenster kann man schon den Berg sehen. Ein Fluss liegt auch in der Nähe. Das Wasser im Fluss ist echt rein. Der Vermieter hat Geschirr in der Küche vorbereitet. Das Haus wurde sehr gut verwaltet.

Der Kaffee am Morgen im Garten mit den ersten Sonnenstrahlen war ein besonderer Moment! Der Start Richtung Mittenwald, Garmisch oder Füssen wunderbar, um die schöne Natur zu sehen. Waren sehr sehr zufrieden. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an den Vermieter!

Gemuetliche Wohnung, sitzen auf Sofa und zwei kleinere Stuehle weniger angenehm

Die Wohnung ist sauber, liegt sehr guenstig im Dorfkern, alles was man bracucht ist anwesend, nur die Stuehle und das Sofa sind nicht bequem.
