La Maison des Oliviers - Belle maison familiale avec Piscine

In Occhiatana, less than 2 km from the sea, we offer these charming, air-conditioned houses with solar-heated swimming pools, one measuring 100 m² and the other 40 m², which can accommodate up to 8 guests. They feature a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 1,000 m² as well as several terraces. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

Bed linen and towels are not provided, but can be hired from the concierge.

The accommodation is as follows:
The first house of 100 m² :
- A 50 m² south-west-facing living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: central island, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker, etc.
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can form a queen-size bed (160x200).
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.

The second 40 m² house:
- Bedroom 3 (convertible into a lounge): a double sofa bed.
- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140×190).
- Separate WC.

Exterior:
- A private swimming pool with solar heating, 7×3 m, 1.45m deep, an indoor bench, with a tarpaulin and fenced with a secure gate.
- A lovely 1,000 m² enclosed garden with flowers, a table tennis terrace and an outdoor shower.
- Two 30 m² terraces with furniture to enjoy the fine weather, one of which is covered, facing south and north-east.
- A 5 m² terrace/balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
- A 12 m² terrace on the cottage level.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.

The house is ideally located near Occhiatana, close to the sea, in very pleasant surroundings, in the heart of unspoilt nature, surrounded by olive trees. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, markets, etc.

Activities :
Its ideal location will enable you to quickly reach the main centres of interest in North/West Corsica: Ile Rousse 7 km away, Calvi or St Florent in 1 hour, Calanques de Piana, Cap Corse...
You can take advantage of the proximity of the sea to enjoy a variety of water sports or hire a boat.
Discover the maquis by going hiking.
Events: Saint Florent festival, festivocce PIGNA, Renucci festival theatre...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's grounds, which can accommodate 4 vehicles.
The car is the ideal means of transport in Corsica.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest ferry terminal: Ile Rousse ferry terminal, about 10 minutes by car, Calvi 30 minutes or Bastia 1h20.
- Nearest airport: Calvi airport, 35 minutes away, or Bastia Poretta airport, around 1 hour's drive away.

Other remarks :
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The household linen kit costs €20 and includes 1 small and 1 large towel, 1 pair of sheets with pillowcases, a bath mat and a tea towel.
