Admire stunning and unbeatable 22nd-floor views from this incredible condo! This retreat is not to be compared to others; it has not one but three full balconies. Enjoy fabulous sunrises from the oceanfront balconies and dramatic sunsets from the bayside balcony. This delightful home boasts 1,188 square feet of oceanfront living with comfortable seating in a large living room as well as a game table and separate dining area. Nothing beats the convenience of having your own washer/dryer combo on-site for your laundry needs. Now you can pack as light as you would like. When mealtime comes around, the kitchen and all of its stainless steel appliances will have your back. When you book this dreamy beach abode, you and your guests will be granted access to a shared heated indoor pool, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining areas.

Things to Know
A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out.
The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October.
The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This rental is located on floor 22.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

3rd year at Century

This will be our 3rd year at Century, we love the location and facilities. This year we did choose to go with a different unit than the past 2 years. This one did have some minor issues compared to our prior stays. If I had any cons to list, they would be the upstairs tub drained extremely slow/clogged, the showerheads were too big for the tub and spraying outside of the tub, both bathrooms the mirrors were all scratched up so, you could not see clearly, the drawers in the kitchen were off balance and peeling paint, also, both ceilings in the bathrooms had peeling paint/spackle. The pros are definitely the cleanliness, the 3rd walk out balcony and location with the beachfront access. We'll be back next year, maybe just try another unit.

Very happy with the property. Loved having the two stories. Views were beautiful. Thermostat was a bit challenging at times, and the kitchen was a little cramped for four people. But those few things were minor and didn’t prevent us from having a wonderful time!

Bay views & Ocean views were lovely

Nicely decorated, clean, lovely views but the unit could use a few upgrades. Kitchen cabinets shows wear n tear and bathrooms could be updated. The 22nd floor gave spectacular views as long as you aren't afraid of heights. We were a little surprised the entrance to this unit took us to the second floor. As you enter the unit the door is very close to the stairway. This made bringing in the luggage cart very tricky so not to fall down stairs. Spacious bedroom was on the second floor with lovely walk out deck. Nice to have screens to gain fresh air. We reported a few issues to include a kitchen drawl off track, both bathroom sinks had very slow drains, and the hot water ran out if two people took a shower. The furniture appeared clean and the "hostess package" of towels, sheets, kitchen supplies etc was a nice touch. The direct tv plan ended the day of check out, so we could not have breakfast while watching television before we checked out at 10 am. I suggest not turning off tv privileges until after required check out. All in all, this was a nice visit however personally I would not stay on the 22nd floor again. I think the IN CASE OF FIRE notice posted stating if we could not exit the unit safely then to go the balcony and wait for help to arrive. I would stay in the Century I building just on lower floor

Perfect Home Away From Home

The condo through Vacasa was very nice and incredibly clean. They had a little kit with TP, PT, garbage bags/kitchen bags, 3 washing machine detergent pods, 3 dishwashing pacs, a little container of dish detergent, and little containers of soap for the bathrooms which saved us from having to bring or buy those things the day we arrived. Everything was provided ahead of time regarding door codes, etc so there were no surprises and check-in was a breeze. We did need to check-in with the building office for a parking paper to put on our dashboard and to pay the $30 fee but it only took a few minutes. Check out was online which we loved. There was a paper provided with all the information regarding codes for the pool, etc. With balconies facing the bay and the ocean, the views couldn’t be beat and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. We also liked that the linens and towels were included in the condo. Our youngest slept on the pullout couch and they had extra linens for that as well. Our only suggestion would be more/better pillows for the beds. Our children loved being able to walk out directly onto the beach and not having to drive or walk. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Location was great with a lot to do in the area. We had issues unlocking the door at check in.We were told to call Vacasa. We did, but they weren’t helpful.We figured it out ourselves.When we got inside there were several things we noticed that weren’t up to par.The garbage disposal didn’t work, there was a broken kitchen drawer, curtains in the living room were falling down on one side, the sliding door handle in the upstairs bedroom was broken, there was a crack in the upstairs shower panel, bathroom mirror was very scratched and the downstairs bathroom door won’t latch.You can hear the elevator all night in the downstairs bedroom.The living room furniture could use a good cleaning.At check out they have you put the sheets from all the beds in a laundry bag but leave blankets and pillows.I question how frequently they’re laundered.There were items left by the previous renters under the beds and behind dressers, that were very obvious to see.Needs cleaned better.The layout is odd with the main entrance upstairs and the actual living/kitchen/dining areas downstairs.The bathroom that has the tub and shower (with the sink area outside that), is very small.Was fine for us but if you had small children to bathe, it might be a challenge.I didn’t notice on the virtual tour that the one exit was upstairs.(My fault.)Wasn’t comfortable with that so I stayed downstairs with my young granddaughter at night.Probably would not stay in this unit again.Lots of extra fees added with Vacasa.

Vacation checked in with us when we arrived to make sure we were happy with the cleanliness of the condo. Plenty of restaurants and grocery store within walking distance even during the off season. Everyone working at Century I was also very helpful and pleasant!

Very nice condo

This was our first visit to OC and the condo was a great fit for my husband and I. The location was great with a very nice view of the ocean from both upstairs and downstairs balconies. The furniture was comfortable which was good because we had 2 days of not great weather so we hunkered down inside with books during the day, mine actually was found in the condo! At night we watched a few of the DVD's we found in the drawer and were able to play a card game with the 3 decks that were also in one of the drawers. When I let the staff in the office know that one of the showers was draining slow, it was immediately taken care of. Overall, we had a great stay! PS (One thing I would recommend to the owners is to add ceiling fans in the bedrooms.)
