This ocean block beach home on 48th Street is 30 seconds to the sand! Perfect for 2 families vacationing together. Five bedroom with room for everyone!  Catch some wave in the ocean or have summer fun in our awesome Outdoor Pool.  Multiple balconies for enjoying the salty air and hanging out with the family.  The kitchen is fully equipped for making meals, just bring the chef in the family!  An extra kitchen on Level 1 is a bonus with an extra refrigerator too.  Check out the list below for bedroom locations and all the great amenities that come with this awesome beach retreat!

This family townhouse rents Sunday to Sunday during the summer and short stays in spring and fall.

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals or Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  ID is required at check-in. Minimum age of primary renter is 25.

Great time

The location was excellent. The number of people the unit would sleep was great. All of the outdoor space was nice and very clean. Proximity to restaurants and the beach was great. Parking was convenient and although we worried about extra vehicles, there was always a spot to park them in in the overflow lot or on the street. One small suggestion, travel coffee mug, so you can take coffee to the beach in the mornings. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would stay again.
