Welcome to Coral Sea! For your convenience, the building features an elevator with a secure access code, and the condo is equipped with a smart lock for seamless entry. Please note that guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve. Your host is always available for questions 8:30 a.m. - 5 pm. After hours please email for non emergencies. There is an after hours emergency contact during your stay. Please make sure this is for emergency purpose. If you are going to be checking in after our office closes, please make sure you have all of your check in information with you in order to access condo & for parking instructions. There is a cancellation fee of 99.00 for all cancellations made after 24 hours from reserving. Our cancellation policy is if cancelled 31 days prior, full refund. Anything from 30 days is 50% refunded.
