****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Amazing sunrises are waiting for you each morning as you enjoy your coffee. And each night, you'll relax to the amazing colors that reflect off the bay waters, as the sun says goodbye to another day. It really doesn't get much better than this!

This building has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, tennis court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

This fabulous 2 bedrooms, 2 bath unit can sleep 7. The master bedroom has a king size bed, full bath and a TV in every room. The second bedroom has a double and twin bed, a TV and access to another full bath directly across the hall. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You'll have a fully stocked kitchen for those nights that you want to stay in and eat and wireless internet to keep you connected!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 14th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 7 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 star rating is the requirement to bring your own linens and towels or pay an additional fee for them to provide them. This was my first experience with this from a VRBO property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The views were beautiful and the condo was perfect! If there was a higher rating for cleanliness I would’ve given it! It was the cleanest place we’ve ever rented!!! It was the perfect size for the 2 of us with all the basic ammenities we needed. It was convenient to everything. Only less than perfect comment we could make is maybe more updated bathrooms but it wasn’t a problem nor did it affect our wonderful stay! Hope to come back soon!

The place is in a great location, the pool is nice, an amazing view! We did have to clean the bathrooms a little better when we arrived and there were finger prints on the glass windows. We were unhappy about the 75 dollar parking fee especially since it is the off season and there is plenty of parking. Our family enjoyed our stay overall and it was perfect for the 5 of us!

Beautiful Beach Condo

We really enjoyed our time here. The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped with all of the essentials. We didn’t use most of the other amenities in the building but the proximity to the beach was perfect for us. We are looking forward to returning again in the future.

This was a beautiful condo for our family of five. Everything was wonderful and the pool was nice and warm. It is in a great location to the beach with beautiful ocean views. The condo was very nice and clean. We would love to visit again!

Clean and comfortable

This is a very clean and comfortable unit. The management was very attentive and followed up quickly when we had a question. It was nice to have the indoor pool available. There is an excellent view from the windows. Would not hesitate to rent again.

OC weekend

Overall the location was great and the condo was spacious. However it did not appear to be cleaned prior to our arrival. It was very dusty and dirty in some areas, such as a balled up paper towel on the bedroom floor, dirty stove top, greasy stains on kitchen table, candy on bedroom floor, ice melted in icemaker, very little liquid soap, invisilign found on bathroom floor... We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the place, Although we really enjoyed the views and close access to the beach. We will pass on a return visit.

Great for the whole family

It was our first family vacation. The rental was perfect for little ones. We loved the small table in the kitchen for meals for them. It was so nice to walk out and be right on the beach. We were a bit nervous about being up that high with a sliding door. We brought a wooden dowel to assure the door wouldn’t open so we felt safe.

Lovely Place, Great Views

Our family very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely home with beach and bay views. The indoor pool was great on days where the beach didn’t make sense. Cleanliness loses a star due to the coffee machine needing some extensive cleaning, and the shower head in one of bathrooms was leaking. Likely both issues due to it being late in the season. A fantastic family week overall!
