Bayberry 101 is a secure and new building in the heart of everywhere you want to be in Ocean City! Recently completed with all new furnishings, you’re sure to WOW your entire family with a large wrap around Balcony right on the Canal on Ocean City’s 26th Street.

As you explore this beautifully built Luxury Condo, you are sure to notice all of the love and attention to detail that has been put into its design and decor. You will instantly feel at home with the warm Open Floor Plan of the main Living Area, which is home to the extra large Kitchen, Dining Area, and welcoming Living Room with all new furnishings. With Flat Screen TV, Central AC, Complimentary WiFi, and a large Private Canal front Balcony, what more could you ask for?

It is clear that no detail has been overlooked in the gorgeous Kitchen, which has been thoughtfully equipped with Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Countertops, and all the comforts of home. Just off the Kitchen, you’ll find the Dining Area with plenty of seating. Or grab a quick bite at the Breakfast Bar before heading to the Beach, just a short walk away! This dream Kitchen will have the Chef in your family happily whipping any meals while never being left out of a moment of family fun! Don’t feel like cooking? That’s no problem, there is a plethora of delightful dining options all just a short stroll or drive away! Directly off the main Living Area, you will find the Luxury Primary Bedroom. With a Plush King Bed, Flat Screen TV, and Balcony access, this is undoubtedly a room that will have you begging to stay! The attached Bath is nothing short of a Spa-like retreat with a large Custom Tile, Glass Shower, and beautiful double vanity. Just out in the Hall is the convenient Laundry room with Full-size Washer and Dryer.

Directly across the hall is another fabulous, Nautical retreat for 2, Bedroom 3 is a great space with a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV and access to the Canal Front Balcony. Bedroom 4 is just down the hall with a fantastically Bright and Happy escape for your perfect little ones! Comfortably sleeping 2 with 2 Twin Beds, and a Flat Screen TV. Just out in the Hall is the Full, Shared Bath with a Shower/Tub Combo.

Bike Week 2022

We vacation often in Ocean City usually 3-4 times a year having said that this property was in fact one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. We were able to entertain our normal group of friends with the spacious layout. Our only suggestion would be that more outside seating be provided considering there were only 4 chairs on the main deck. We very well may book this property in the future. Thank you for the lovely experience.

Nice, clean, modern condo

We enjoyed our fall stay at this modern canal front condo. Parking was a little tight. Our reserved spot was meant for two vehicles, but was only able to fit my husbands truck. There are a few “free for all” spots next to the building, and plenty of street parking, so it wasn’t that much of an issue. The condo was impeccably clean and modern. Had everything we needed to cook meals for our group of 10. 10/10! Would stay again!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property was exactly as described in pictures and description — beautiful. The rooms are bright and well maintained. The appliances are modern and the furniture gives OCMD beach vibes. We loved sitting together on the living room sectional — large enough for 6 adults to sit comfortably. The seating options reflect the intent to accommodate families — seating on the balcony, in the living room, at the dining room table, and the kitchen island. The open concept is perfect for families to spend time together and 4 bedrooms allow for private time. My husband & I brought our 3 adult daughters, 1 son-in-law, & 3 grandsons (4, 9 months, & 2 1/2 months). We definitely had a full house & the home was spacious enough for the entire family to relax & enjoy. 3 of the 4 bedrooms had access to a balcony which added to the living space. The main balcony wrapped around the home & had a dining table that we covered & used (the table could use some attention because it is very weathered). The rooms were bright & appeared to have been cleaned (we did find a hair tie in one of the showers but the shower appeared clean). One great touch was the carousel of seasonings! It sounds like a little thing but for someone who enjoys cooking & brought her own seasonings, I was impressed by the variety provided. I give 5 stars to Seaside Vacations for messaging & checking in regularly from the time we booked until checkout! Supreme customer service!
