Decatur House 410 is a beautiful oceanfront condominium located directly on the Boardwalk. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a stunning ocean view. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Decatur House 410 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

You'll feel like you're on the beach 24/7 with the blue and tan color palette. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, an arm chair, two indoor lounge chairs and a flat-screen TV. The couch doubles as a double sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors bathe the space in natural light. Right off of the living room is a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Wonderful location but had some small issues

Great location and a pretty clean and updated condo! It was the perfect amount of space for my husband and 4 year old daughter. The parking situation was perfect as well. The views were spectacular and we also lucked out with the weather that weekend. I can't give it the 4-5 stars that I really wanted to because we couldn't really use the balcony. There was an infestation of these little flies due to something rotting in the plant against the wall. They were all over the chairs and trying to get into the apt. I think this unit is 5 star worthy once the cleaning crew checks that out. But I wouldn't let that stop me from booking again as I don't believe it is a every day thing. We just weren't lucky this time around!

Relaxing vacation- great location

Booking and check in were smooth. The property is in an older building, but the condo itself is brightly painted and decorated. The balcony is a great place to hang out and watch the ocean or boardwalk. There were only two of us so the place was great...I think it would be too crowded with more than that.

Nice place, good location, poor communication

Communication was a bit of a challenge. We had to call Shoreline properties a couple of times in preparation for the trip. Usually this was met with rude service on the other end. It was also very inconvenient to mail a check to shoreline properties. A big advantage of using VRBO is paying online and messaging through the app. None of this was an option. We had to drive about 10 minutes away from the property to pickup a parking pass and written code for the condo keypad all of which could have been emailed out ahead of time. After driving 9 hours an extra ten minutes wasn't awful but wasn't enjoyable either. The carpet in the unit definitely needs to be steamed or cleaned better. My babies legs and my feet were covered in dirt after walking on the carpet. I will say that the rest of the condo appeared to be very clean and had no issues in cleanliness besides the carpet. Condo was nice and the location was great. On the boardwalk and very close to everything. All in all I'd honestly stay there again but this listing shouldn't be on VRBO. If that were the case my expectations on convenience would likely have been much lower.
