Had to move rooms twice due to lack of cleanliness. One of the rooms the wood floor was waxed and i slipped when entering the room, didnt even send security or medical attention to check in on me. Asked simply for fresh towels to my room since they didn’t service it all day for one of the days i was there and they never sent the towels. Girls at the check in desk we not friendly, rolled their eyes to any request needed and still wouldn’t complete the task. Will never stay here again, no customer service and did not feel welcome

The property has such great potential but it really needs a good top to bottom cleaning. Our fitted sheet had a tear in it which you wouldn’t expect. Having restaurants onsite was a great advantage. I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless I knew they dealt with the cleanliness issues.

I would never stay here again. Surprise resort fee at check-in almost doubled the cost of the stay. Just give me the whole price up front instead of trying to cheat me with a mandatory fee.

We stayed at this hotel and I am rating this hotel 1 star. When we initially booked this hotel, we were under the impression that this was a brand new hotel (didn’t do our research). It is a new hotel, but the building is definitely older and you can see that it is an older building from both outside and inside the building. I will also say the pictures from the website definitely do not reflect the actual room experience. The floor was very dirty, and just walking a couple seconds barefoot, you would notice the bottom of your feet were covered black. I will say the bathroom was very clean however. The most frustrating part of this hotel is definitely the elevator experience. There are only three elevators for the entire building. This includes the elevator that the staff uses. The elevators are very small and even with all three elevators functioning properly, there is always a decent wait time. On our check out day, the worst happened, and 2 of the 3 elevators were down. Only one elevator was working and it was an absolute disaster. If you were lucky, it would be about an hour wait to get on an elevator. Then once you were on the elevator, it would stop at every floor with crowds of people waiting. It got bad where the stuff were jumping on the elevator before customers. It forced me to carry my belongings to include a stroller and two young children down 9 flights of very steep and not very wide steps. The process took over 2 hours. I won’t be returning to this hotel.

The resort was very nice, clean and staff was friendly. Loved not having to bring chairs for the beach they provided chairs and umbrellas a huge plus. Would definitely stay again
