Room was clean but had a bad smell of paint and mildew. Clear signs of mold on the ceiling and also had an oily residue that was dripping on the back of the coach. Ac unit was in a bad location and the room stayed hot and never cooled off. Sofa bed was very thin and not comfortable at all. Our son had to sleep at the foot of the bed due to it being on a slope. Breakfast was just eggs, sausage and make your own waffles. Pool was in a completely different building which made it very cold walking back across the parking lot.

Everything was great ! The only issue I had was one house keeper played pod casts on her phone extremely loud. I heard it outside my room several times and while I was at the pool.

My family and I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Ocean City, Maryland, and overall, we had a great experience. The location is excellent—just steps away from the beach, which made everything super convenient and enjoyable for us. The hotel itself was nice and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning. It was a nice touch that made our stay even more convenient. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the rug in our room (Room 507). After just 10 minutes of walking around barefoot, my son’s feet were completely black from the dirty carpet. After that, we all made sure to wear socks indoors, which wasn’t ideal. Honestly, the carpet was dirty enough that it felt like it should either be thoroughly cleaned or replaced altogether—better yet, maybe just switch to hard floors in the future. Aside from that issue, we did enjoy our stay and would consider returning on our next trip to Ocean City!

My husband and I paid for our room, to our surprise we had guests in our room. There were a few flies in the room. We told the hotel desk about it and went to dinner. When we got back there were a few more. Very disappointed. We paid approximately $250 for the night.

Hotel was located in a great location right on the boardwalk. Ww went for a family weekend. I recommend getting an ocean front room. Love that they have indoor and outdoor pools to enjoy. And my male cousins enjoyed there was hooters right next door...lol. It was clean and the staff was nice and friendly. Just a little dated. The wallpaper was peeling a little in the bathroom. Free breakfast is always a plus. I will definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfy rooms with breakfast included!

We loved that breakfast was included and that we had both hot and cold food options. This is a rarity in OC and worth the extra cost when traveling as a family. Boardwalk was right out the side doors. Pool was beachfront with chairs to sunbath if yoi wanted. Beach was liyerally steps from the doors...Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and updated. Bed was comfy, though the kids said the pull out sofa wasnt as comfortable as they had hoped. AC worked great and despite having a room on the backside of the building, we did have a partial view of the ocean. Great place to stay with a family.

Was a great place to stay. Great option to swim indoor or outdoors in their pools. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everything was great. But the pull out bed in the sofa was Horrible. The worst mattress I ever felt.the mattress was thin flat I could feel ever spring and was so horrible to lay on. Other then that it was a great stay

The location is the best thing! There was a lot of dampness smell in the rooms, bathroom was small. The rooms are older and need major updating. The bed comfort was good. Free breakfast was decent. Parking is a hit or miss, if you don’t find a spot in front of the hotel you have to go across the street to park and then walk back over. Overall it was okay for my 2 night trip, but I don’t believe I will be returning.
