This spacious two bedroom, two bath townhouses are located on a quiet residential street in the popular 28th Street area. This unit features central air conditioning, washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the canal patio. A boat dock is included for the boaters in the family 25ft max boat size. Off-street parking for 2 cars is provided. Wireless internet access is provided in some units.
When you make this reservation, an Administrative Fee of 5% will be added to the quote for County Taxes and 6% Sales Tax that the owner is required to collect and submit. Cleaning fee of $120.00 per week is required. Towel and Sheet Services are available.
We are just 4 blocks from the beach and end of the Boardwalk. Within walking distance are bus and tram services, a variety of restaurants, stores, bicycle and scooter rentals, water sports and Jolly Rogers Water Park. A short distance away are more shopping and restaurant options, miniature golf locations as well as Assateague Island, Berlin and Delaware.
Our condo is available for family and friends. We request compliance with the Condo Rules to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay. No Teenage rental or parties, No Pets, No Smoking in the Condo.
Free on-site parking is available in the parking lot for 2 vehicles per each unit. Violation is subject to towing. Free street parking is also available for additional vehicles.
Free cable and WiFi are included. The kitchen is fully furnished with all amenities, including pots, pans, cookware, dishes, glassware, coffee mugs, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender. Master Bedroom features a Queen-size bed. Second Bed Room has 3 Single Beds and a pull out Single. Living room couch with a pull out Queen Bed. Linens are not provided but there are additional pillows and blankets in the closets along with the comforters provided for each bed.
The laundry room contains an iron and ironing board along with a baby gate.
The trash bin is located on the left front side of the parking lot next to the sidewalk. We do encourage recycling however you would have to drop off recyclable items at lot across from Walmart.
There is a water hose at the back dock area for rinsing off after your trip to the beach. Please don’t bring the beach into the house.
We do not rent to high school students. Please note that rates are higher for event weekends, verify with the owner for accurate pricing.
