The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops.

The well-equipped living space features comfortable furniture, a TV, a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, a full bathroom, and a comfortable sofa bed and Murphy bed for when it's time to finally rest.

Things to Know
The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026.
Max occupancy is three: two adults and one child under the age of 13.
The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Ocean city trip

Stayed a few days at ocean city. Property was beach front with a great view of the ocean. Very small but excellent for 2 people. We were on the 1st floor, so stairs were very user friendly. Only had 4 elevators and 22 floors. Only downside was long wait time for elevators.

Ocean View w very short walk to the beach

Well cared for and clean studio at Ocean Sands. First floor located means a super easy walk to the beach. Great rental for a couple or a small family. Everyone at Ocean Sands was friendly and helpful. The check in and check out process was super easy too. The Tiki Bar and recreation area at the resort are great amenities included with this rental. Would definitely rent again!!

Anniversary get away

My husband and I enjoyed our off season stay here. It was nice to have the indoor pool, sauna and pool tables to use since it wasn't quite warm enough yet to get my feet wet in the ocean. Convenient location, loved listening to the waves, cute decor, and friendly people

Lovely studio apartment

We enjoyed every minute at this location. Right on the beach. This apartment had everything we needed. Only problem was the table and chairs. I am 80 and my husband is 78. We had a little problem using the high table & chairs. But we were only there for 3 nights. So, we did the best we could.

Short and Sweet

We took a long weekend to the beach just to get away as a family and relax. it’s a small unit but the suggestion of two adults and one kid under 13 was spot on. The location was great and the unit was perfectly located. The only issue was the hot water did not last. The property manager attempted to fix it matter. definitely will return and I definitely recommend this place.

A perfect little getaway....

The unit is lovely with a well thought out floor plan well stocked and we'll located. The weather wasn't good but we made the best of it. We did have difficulty getting in and I was a bit annoyed when the person we were talking with from Vascasa kept saying our check in wasn't until 4pm and the reason the code wasn't working when it was a 2pm check in...it all worked out and we had a great stay.
