Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Nice location!

Overall our stay was good, location is great (we were off season though) and everything provided that we needed. The door was not locked or closed all the way when we arrived. I had read this in another review so it didn't alarm me. The door needs to be pulled hard when unlocking or locking. If you do that it works fine. There is a strange odor in the place that we can't quite put our finger on as to what it was. All in all it was fine for the 2 nights and I'm sure in the summer people would enjoy being so close to the beach. o and ope

Great time, great balcony

Group of 8 girls in our 30’s came down for a first time stay in Ocean City for the weekend. The location is unbeatable (right on the beach) and parking out front was available & perfect for multiple cars. The condo itself was nice, but tight for 8 adults. Feedback: is the door to get in was very tricky. Keyless is great, but you need to pull the door into the exact spot and took multiple tries every time. Not ideal after a 3rd floor walk up. Also, checkout time at 10am (yikes). Overall, loved our stay. The balcony was the perfect place to hangout. Quiet building and felt private for a condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Adorable condo! Convenient to convention center, walkable to restaurants etc Had everything we needed for short weekend getaway Loved the bathrooms! and bedrooms had comfortable mattresses, lots of extra bedding and multi device charging station which was nice touch. Great views from living room of the beach Living room furniture is a bit worn but we assumed clean - just a bit of a downer considering how great the rest of the furnishings are for a rental unit. Also could not find any toilet paper so maybe bring your own? We would stay here again - but stop for TP first lol

Not a good experience

We arrived to the unit to find the front door lock broken, so the unit was open to anyone who wanted to enter. Once inside, the smell of mold was so strong we were uncomfortable with our toddlers being in the condo for any extended period of time, and turning on the AC just made the smell worse. Overall, the unit is in need of a deep clean; the couches are stained, the kitchen table wasn't clean, and sand and dust were present throughout. We had to make a last minute decision to find a new place to stay for the night, considering the lack of a locking door and the mold smell. After sending our concerns to Vacasa, we were told they would reach out to remedy the situation. We never heard that anything was taken care of and ended up having to pay for five nights in a completely different condo. To this point, we've received no refund or any sort of remedy. We will not rent from Vacasa in the future; they were also given ample opportunity to make things right prior to this review being posted.

Girls weekend

Our stay was wonderful! The unit was bigger then we expected! The unit offered more then what was listed which was very helpful. Everything was clean and easily accessible. Even the neighbors were friendly! The view was so wonderful and parking was easy. 7 adult women in a 2 bedroom unit was going to be tricky but we had plenty of space! All in all a great weekend!

Great location!

Awesome location and so close to the beach! The directions for the code on the door were incorrect but we figured it out. The HVAC was not working but we went into the main panel to turn it on. The parking was not clear but we were able to find ample street parking instead. The ceiling in the living room had black markings probably due to water damage. The condo smelled musty upon entry every time, but we opened the windows to air it out. Quick, short trip but we loved the location!

A perfect beach escape.....

We loved this stay in Ocean City. Great clean and visually appealing house. Had all the right upgrades. Loved the patio feature that I used as a work desk over looking the beach through the day. Parking was very convenient.

Everything was great except for getting into the place. The directions to enter the condo were incorrect. We also called someone for help, but my friend figured out that you need to enter the code, press the top button and then turn the knob to the right. The directions told us to press the top button, enter the code and turn the knob to the left. Other than that, it was a top notch location! Had a lot of space and was perfect for our girls weekend!

Everything was great!, great location, beach literally few steps away!Everything is close by! Only thing was countertops in the kitchen, desk, tables(indoor/outdoor) and dressers in both rooms were not wiped down at all ad also the shower especially the one in the hall had hair in the tub so I basically had to clean everything before settling down. Sand was on the table that was on the deck and the floors inside the condo were not wiped AT ALL.! I had to wipe the floors down because our socks got super dirty. Other then that everything was great!

Very nice apartment, full kitchen it has everything that you need to stay forever! Comfortable beds! Clean and spacious bathrooms! Amazing view! Netflix, prime video, Disney on tvs (3). Lots of game boards, 1 big cooler, and just a really good place for the price.

Great getaway!!

Our favorite time to go the the beach is at the end of September. Beautiful place, great location. Previous guests a nightmare. Cleaning crew were running behind-Plus it was a late check in due to extra cleaning for COVID. My only suggestion would be for Owner to properly vet for responsible quests. It’s a beautiful cozy place. Also, consider pet owners. At this time we do not have any four legged friends in our household. However in our experience of traveling for 15 years everywhere with our girl. I find pet lovers to be much more compassionate, caring and respectful in a rented space. Thank you.

Great off-season rental

Half a block from the beach, great view of the ocean from the balconey! Condo is directly opposite a large restaurant/ bar that is probably quite noisy in the summer. I wouldn't want to stay here in the regular season.

Great view and location

We enjoyed our stay with our two young kids. The view is really nice and we appreciated the high chairs and table so we could have full ocean view on the deck. (Not pictured in the original photos we saw). The apartment is nicely updated and clean. Lots of towels and well stocked kitchen with the exception of knives ( I only found a few small ones to work with). My only word of advice to anyone booking is to bring ear plugs. The A.C. unit is in the closet of the master and is very loud as it cycles on and off. We found the beds firm to the point of pain and used extra blankets to pad things up a bit and we ended up using the pull out couch as a more quiet place to rest. Overall a good stay.

Perfect spot!

This place fantastic! The perfect size for two couples and kids. It is exactly as pictured, but the view is BETTER than the picture. You can hear the ocean all day on the balcony and it is very roomy inside. We will be back for sure!

The property was very clean and beautifully maintained.

My family of 5 (3 teenage boys, husband and I) were very happy and comfortable with the apartment. It's a great location, close to the beach and to main street but not too close to the boardwalk. The only suggestion I have is to put a pull-out couch so as to fit more people. Otherwise, it was perfect for my little family. We hope this becomes a tradition for my family and I. We will be back next year! đŸ€—
