I loved the ability to use all amenities at all 3 facilities (Dunes Manor, Dunes Suites, and Dunes Court). Staff was friendly, kid friendly, ton of activities put on by the hotel. The room was nice! My only complaint the mattresses needed updated on the king bed and pull out. My 8 year old could feel the springs of the frame. Location is at the very end of the boardwalk with easy transportation whether by bus or tram. We would stay again.

Overall, we enjoy hearing about guest stays and the different things they like about our hotel. This year we added on the daily activities which we seem to be getting a lot of positive feedback on, so we will be continuing them each year. Again, we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us and hope you come back to visit us soon!

Would not rate this 3 stars. Did not look new as the photos showed. It was older, not as clean, not 3 stars, bathroom door doesn’t even shut. No blackout curtains as described so the lights shined in all night as they cleaned the beach for many hours of the night to morning. Not impressed. Would not recommend or stay again.
