A unique octagonal oceanfront building designed with bayviews or ocean views in midtown Ocean City. Close to restaurants and shopping and near the 94th Street tennis and basketball court. This Property has a dishwasher, washer, dryer, and air conditioning. Panoramic view. Unit 1202 is located on the North facing side of the building. It is not a direct oceanfront view but has a very good partial view of the ocean and unobstructed panoramic view of the bay and the city lights looking North down the island. Amenities: Heated Outdoor Pool.

Vrbo was great. We were double booked through another company, without recourse or obtaining another place to stay. Vrbo was helpful and kind and went out of their way to accommodate us.

Location is Great, condo stocked with some essential spices for cooking… Pool was wonderful…Ocean was a bit rough that week , thus there was a big almost 2 foot drop to the water… Scene beautiful from balcony!! We were a bit disappointed to find that there is a 75 per car fee to park at the condo!!! Many other places DO NOT CHARGE!!! Free parking on street but difficult to find!!
