Wake up refreshed with your family in this newly renovated beach condo. Private entrance opens up to a spacious outdoor patio to enjoy with your family. Enjoy your vacation in this airy private condo with 2 huge sliding doors. Relax at the outdoor pool or indoor pool just a few steps away. Imagine taking a short walk and feeling the sand in-between your toes and building sand castles with the kids, or catching some waves in the ocean. Picture a few steps to the boat dock and throwing a line in or doing some crabbing with the family. Play some tennis, racket ball, or basketball to get some exercise in during your stay.

Enjoy this amazing in-town neighborhood of Club Ocean Villas II where you can eat and shop! Come home to sleep in with new comfortable memory foam mattresses. This condo is located on the first floor and is an end unit that has extra windows which allows plenty of light and an airy breeze. If you need more space the private patio is great for entertaining the family.

Main room has a wonderful comfortable large sectional so the entire family can enjoy a movie night ! It Boosts a 65" Smart TV loaded with apps for your enjoyment! Enjoy cooking a fabulous meal with the family in the renovated kitchen with quartz counters. Don't worry the grocery store is within walking distance, or many restaurants if you don't want to cook.

Northshore park located at 127th street is just a short drive, or bike ride away! Large playground, Fireworks in July, and much more entertainment.

Need to do some work or kids have school, I have high speed private wifi available for all my guests.

Safety features include smoke detectors, outdoor security camera (patio entrance/parking lot view), fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit.

This place was perfect for our quick weekend getaway. The condo was very clean and freshly renovated with new flooring and kitchen appliances. The outdoor patio was a nice touch to hang out on the comfy patio furniture as well. The host was very hospitable and very responsive in the few times we needed to reach them for anything. The indoor pool was open in the fall and it was huge compared to most ocean city pools. Location was as described, just make sure to map it out before you go and use the hosts photos to find. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great hosts that put in a lot of effort and thought to ensure their guests have the very best time at their beach house. Clean, well-organized, well-stocked with small things that make a big difference. It shows they care and/or have been doing this a while. Quick to respond, too. No issues during our stay. Home away from home- This was a last minute trip to the beach for my daughter and I. Carolina and Gabe thought of everything. From sample toiletries (in case you forgot something) to an immaculate place to stay, we felt like we were at home. The beach is a short walk across coastal highway While we didn’t need anything, Carolina and Gabe checked in on us to make sure. Couples Trip

We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our quick beach weekend. The location was perfect. We love the Crabcake Factory and it is an easy walk there and to the beach. It was convenient to the grocery store. The hosts made the whole booking process easy and seamless. Quick to respond and helpful. The condo is beautiful, clean, and has anything you could need. The finishes are quality and beautiful (nice appliances and quartz countertops). There were even extras like bathroom goodies including back up toothbrushes and toiletries. We will definitely be back and highly recommend

Owners replied quickly to any questions. Very well decorated with no clutter. They thought of everything to even leaving extra toothbrushes in case you forgot. Very homie. Need to come back when warm to enjoy the outside area.

We had a great time with the family during our annual winter getaway. Carolina And Gabe are so easy to work with. Their place is beautiful. They really think of everything for their guests. So easy to communicate with. I love that they offer a discount for retuning guests. Definitely use them in the future!

Beautiful place with helpful hosts!

This place was perfect - everything was new and well cared for. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into making sure their place has everything a family might need for a beach stay. The hosts were always available with quick responses to any questions. The community was wonderful with friendly neighbors. Close to groceries, other shopping/food, and of course the beach.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s on 120th St so up away from the nonsense near the boardwalk. There are a lot of restaurants and plenty to do nearby. The beach is just a couple of blocks away too. The little courtyard out front was awesome. The condo itself is updated and clean and the property manager was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We recently stayed in this first floor condo and had a great time. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have two separate bathrooms and showers. . My daughter loved the tennis courts. It was walkable to the beach, grocery store, Crab Cake Factory, and the Fractured Prune donut shop. If I brought the double stroller we could have walked to North Side Park. We loved the park and playground. My only “complaint” is we could not use just the lamps without the overhead lights also being on in the evenings. I also recommend bringing a couple throw blankets for chilly evenings.

Perfect place to stay for small family get away!

We loved staying at this condo. It has everything we needed for our 3 kids ( ages 8,8, and 11). The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool, and all of the amenities. My husband and I really appreciated the beach items supplied at the house as well as the cleanliness of the condo upon our arrival. The hosts were also very responsive to messages and checked in regularly to make sure our stay was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Ocean City Rental!

Highly recommend this property when you are staying in Ocean City. The condo was extremely clean and exactly as the pictures showed. Loved the comfortable private outdoor seating area. Could not beat the convenience of being within walking distance to all varieties of stores, restaurants, the bay and the beach! The condo amenities were very nice too, it was great to be across the way from the pool and tennis courts. Gabe & Carolina were amazing hosts who were very responsive and accommodating! And the welcome gift bag was such a fun surprise! My kids cannot wait to come back, and I know exactly where we will be staying.

Amazing Stay!

The property was beautiful and very well taken care of. Loved that they provided chairs, umbrella, cart etc for the beach. The short walk to the beach was easy, we walked everyday, and having access to the pools and courts made it even better when we needed a break. Would definitely book this location again.
