THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 8.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Overall, the property was very nice more modern than any of the other units that we have stayed at. The only negative that I have to say about the unit as you do not have any safety bars in your showers are. We personally think the smaller shower doesnât need shower doors. there should have been curtains put up instead too hard to get in and out for adults.
We had a great stay. Pictures are accurate. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is well stocked and the location was quiet but still close to restaurants and other activities. Listing does not mention it but there is washer and dryer in the unit (closet next to refrigerator).
Very nice condo. However Vacasa fees are way too high. Customer service basically just reads off what is posted on listing, no personal touch. Would not allow early check-in eventhough unit was ready hours before 4pm check in time. Owners should consider alternate rental agency. Also Vacasa called 3 times day of arrival asking if i was over 25.
I know vacasa recently took over a large portion of ocmd rentals. Looks like they have some bugs to work out. Next time i will look for a local rental agency.
