If you're a boardwalk enthusiast, this townhome is the ideal spot for you! Situated at the corner of Talbot Street and Baltimore Avenue, this property was built in 2008 and showcases thoughtful design and beach-inspired dĂ©cor throughout. With a two-level layout, it offers both privacy and plenty of space for 10–11 guests. Just steps from the boardwalk, beach, shops, dining, and more! The unit includes 4 TVs and 2 DVD players. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Parking includes one garage space on-site and one reserved, uncovered spot located within a few blocks of the townhome. Mini-week rentals are offered all summer. Units #103 and #104 are also available—ideal for large groups or families. Occupancy is 10. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package with sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.

This property was very disappointing and did not meet expectations. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. While the layout and room descriptions were accurate, the pictures are outdated and do not reflect the current condition of the home. Several areas had clearly not been cleaned, including the fridge ice maker, bunk bed steps, under the beds, showers, and even the walls. The couch was badly stained, and the master bathroom door would not close properly. The sliding screen door to the porch was rusted and barely hanging on, and much of the porch furniture was rusted as well.We also ordered the linen package, which did not arrive until after 7:30 p.m., even though check-in was at 3:00 p.m. Attempts to contact the after-hours line went unanswered, and our calls were never returned. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and unresponsiveness made this stay far less enjoyable than expected.

Great location!

The property is just as described. One block to the board walk and beach. It’s a really great set up with plenty of bedrooms and beds. Please note that there is additional registration steps and check is takes place at OC vacation’s office.

Beautiful and Great Location

This property was exactly like the photos. The location was great-2 min walk to the beach and board walk. The only down fall on this property was the water pressure in all the bathrooms, but it wasn't a deal breaker and I would definitely stay here again!

It's OK for a night stay

I would not spend more than a night in this property. The location is great, but the amenities lack big time. Not even toilet paper, dish towels, soap. We found used paper towels behind the bed and underneath the dresser. Mold was in the bathroom, the cable was not working throughout the house on all TVs. The refrigerator was quite disgusting, and the whole process to check in almost 10 minutes away from the property is a pretty big inconvenience. If you're a picky person, this would not be the best place for you in terms of cleanliness.

Great location, some maintenance issues

Overall it was a great stay. But the home definitely needs some maintenance. The master toilet was broken and some of the appliances either didn’t work well or were otherwise damaged (dryer, toaster, microwave).
