Oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the desirable Waikiki located in North Ocean City. This beautiful property features a great oceanfront location with easy access to Maryland and Delaware beaches. All the comforts of home and more! Beautiful views of the ocean, full kitchen, Wi-Fi, Please note** The hot tub is and will be closed until repairs are completed. The indoor pool will shut down 10/26 for repairs.and three TVs in the condo and also includes 2 parking spots. The build has an elevator, hot tub, indoor pool and outdoor pool! Please note** Indoor pool/hot tub closed until May 15th 2026. Bed sizes include a queen bed in the Primary Bedroom and two singles in bedroom 2 comfortably accommodating up to four guests. (Please note, fitness room is for owner only use). Property rents Saturday-Saturday.
Guest must supply all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in condo for your convenience.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON BALCONY/IN UNIT - designated areas outside ($200 fine). No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
