Step back in time with one of North Ocean City's more original style houses with this Rustic home off of 124th street and Assawoman Drive, which is the side street along the Ocean Block that runs parallel to Coastal Highway! You are just steps from the beach, not even a 1/2 block! This house comes with a front and back porch, a large back yard to throw the football around, outdoor shower to wash the sand off your feet and tucked away on the Ocean Block! 3 bedroom, 2 bath, Kitchen has gas stove, full size refrigerator (No Dishwasher). There is not a washer/dryer in this house, unfortunately. Come take a look for yourself and check out that awesome, gigantic Nautical Steering Wheel chandelier in the living/ dining room!

Small and without many of the bells and whistles that you find in some rentals but the distance to the beach is fantastic and the rental agency is wonderful to work with. This was our second stay in this cozy little house nestled among the multi-story condos.
