Located on Penguin Drive off of 32nd St., this is the perfect mid town Ocean City location! This townhouse is 2 levels and perfect for your family or group. You can enjoy the water view from the entire first floor and also from the main bedroom. The first floor not only includes a living room, kitchen, dining area, half bath and washer and dryer, but there's also a piano for your entertainment. How cool is that? The second floor includes two bedrooms and 1 full bathroom which you can enter from the main bedroom or the hallway. The bathroom is also renovated with a tile shower. The main bedroom has a balcony so you can enjoy the amazing water views and it has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, a twin bed, and an extra rollaway twin bed. There's also a queen size sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. The living room and main bedroom both have smart TVs with cable so you can stream your favorite programs (with your login credentials) and the TV in the second bedroom also have cable TV. Cable is the upgraded Ultimate package through Comcast. The home also has high speed Wi-Fi internet and central air conditioning. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials and it has both a Keurig and traditional coffee pot. You'll have one assigned parking spot but there is also typically plenty of free street parking nearby. As for the boat slip, you can easily fit a 28 ft. boat, maybe a bit longer, and there is a water spigot with hose near the pier. Low tide is typically around 3 feet so being just a few hundred yards from the bay, you can bring most reasonably sized boats. Mallard Landing is a short walk to Minit Market grocery store and there is a place to rent jet skis within a 2 minute walk! PERFECT LOCATION for a family - you can walk to Jolly Roger for the kids (young and adult kids), walk to boat and jet ski rentals and also a short walk to the beach and ocean! You're just off the beaten path enough to avoid the hustle and bustle, but you're a also a short walk to all the action. *Please note that you cannot park a boat or jet ski trailer in the parking lot, you will have to park the trailer elsewhere. Ocean City also does not allow trailer parking on the street during summer months. *

Linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available for $137.65. A complete linen set includes a sheet and pillow case for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
