Save your money

Absolute disaster. It’s 1975 I’m that unit. Towel rack , toilet paper holder , 2 closets are broken. Wager and dryer can for 4 articles of clothing. I have residential property and cannot believe someone would think this is acceptable. We considered leaving the first day. Here is a suggestion. Clean the place. We found infant shirts under the bed , kids toys behind the couch

Atlantis was Decent Stay

Great location, beach access and pool. The unit we stayed in could use more items like toilet paper, trash bags and dishwasher soap, especially since they require you to remove all trash and wash all dishes (and put back in the cabinets).

Overpriced

Sub par overall. Old and outdated. Uncomfortable beds especially the master and the roll out sofa. We had to request air mattresses they were so bad. The place needs new locks on the door. A keypad would be the best move for them but they can start with getting keys that work. We wasted so much time the first few days bothering w the keys and getting them to work. No screens in the windows. The couches are disgusting, I didn't even like the idea of my kids sitting on them. The main bathroom is gross, especially the shower. The property manager office had a really rude lady we had to deal with before we even got there she refused to even let us have the address. 10300 Atlantis...FYI. Great location but I wish we got to stay in another unit. The owners just want to cash in and spend nothing. Couches down the road at the several furniture stores we saw can be purchased for less than 2k. They easily make 10k a month in rent at this price. If you rent thru VRBO you will get twice the fees bc the property management company piles more on top. I suggest avoiding Shoreline Property management. The maintenance man was kind...if you want to spend time getting to know the maintenance man on vacation that is.

Great Location, Steps Away From The Shore, Unit needs updates

The property was in a great location, just steps away from the beach, the property was clean upon arrival and check in process was smooth. I would have liked to give the property an overall rating of 5 starts however the property itself had the following issues that need to be addressed 1. The door was hard to unlock with the keys, you had to toggle it really hard to open it, at one point I was scared that i might break the key or damage the lock. 2. The mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable, it was old and worn out, needs to be replaced immediately. 3. There was a fan in the master bedroom however we could not locate the remote, most probably the prior guests misplaced it. 4. The water force in the shower head was very slow, maintenance guy was over, and the issued seemed with the building's overall force. 5. The living room couches were uncomfortable as well, owners might want to replace it. 6. All the windows did not have screen blinds creating a safety hazard and also letting in unwanted pests, such a flies. FYI other units had screen blinds, don't know why the owner decided not to have screen blinds in their property. 7. Finally I feel cheated by VRBO as they failed to mention that i will end up paying twice the amount in service fees, since VRBO charged me a service fee and the property rental charged me a service fee as well, i could have saved the VRBO fee by directly booking through the property rental portal.
