This home is the perfect spot for enjoying many of Ocean City's most popular events such as the OC Airshow, Springfest, Sunfest, Cruisin' Ocean City, Endless Summer Cruisin', OC Bikefest, and Wine on the Beach. Park your car in South Beach's parking garage and then walk everywhere you want to go. You'll have a seasonal outdoor pool and a fitness center.

This secure building is accessed via a key fob, and each reservation only receives two.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great location, space and beach view !

Furnished perfectly 
 lots of space and great deck furniture. Excellent view The only 2 negatives were you had to have a key flob to go anywhere 
 you couldn’t use the elevator without it 
 and they only give you two. We tried all day to connect with a person for early check-in
 And you only receive automatic messages back. We should have absolutely been able to check in early
 But you have to go up to 55th St. to the Realtor office to pick up your flobs, and not until 4 o’clock when they open.

It was a long weekend getaway for the family. The location was perfect with perfect views. Only draw back is when they say check-in begins at 4 they should also note that it ends at 5 or include instructions if you arrive at 5:01.

The good the bad and the Ugly

The good Location was fabulous. View of beach and bay. Able to watch sunrise from side walkway! Very easy access to beach. Condo set up was very nice and very roomy. Option between indoor and outdoor pool FABULOUS Very nice balcony with adequate seating. Balcony light did not work. Not a game changer though The bad 2 fobs for 5 adults was unacceptable Having to get out of vehicle to enter code for garage door unacceptable (daughter with 2 children under age of 4 should not be letting children unattended in vehicle ) garage door openers are def the norm in this century. not enough Roku remotes Ugly Day 1 Keypad did not work on door. Contacted number provide on packet. Was assured somebody would be reaching out to me. Was given code to access door key. Now one key for 5 adults 😞Received an email and again was assured someone would reach out to me. Day 2 - still unable to use key pad. Reached out by email again concerning light out in bathroom. Did receive call from employee about replacing light bulb. Employee knew nothing about the key pad ??? After bringing this to his attention Employee (Jordan Manus) Immediately contacted his boss. Between the two of them the issue with the door keypad was resolved. KUDOS to both of them. Bedrooms drawers - tampon, vibrator, overall very unclean, fake plant when moved had old food behind it. Dead worms on bedroom floor. Pretty sure there was black mold on the bottom edge of the shower door in one of the bathrooms.

Mother’s Day weekend

Enjoyable plenty of room coffee maker not working but replaced next day. Primary bedroom had poor curtains which made it impossible to sleep past 0600 and very noisy trash trucks every morning multiple times. The light in bedroom was really bad I wish they had black out curtains I can’t imagine the heat in summer.

Excellent Boardwalk Condo with Ocean and Bay View

Excellent, roomy, comfortable condo on the boardwalk, good view of both the ocean and bay, close to activities. Two secured reserved parking spaces in garage made it convenient to come and go. Wish we lived in this condo year round.

For the price I expected more.

The condo it self is very nice. Very spacious and great views, location and furnishings. They could use some simple touches to make your stay better. First off we were provided with only 7 towels for our week stay! I mean honestly come on! The water presser is horrible and it takes forever to wash your hair. Fill a glass or wash a dish not to mention to fill the washer which you must use everyday for towels!The shower head in the Queen bed room is nasty and it needs to be replaced. The master bedroom shower you can’t move the shower head which makes it hard to wash hair not to mention rinsing sand from the shower. It could also use a seat. The Queen bed is so Squeaky ever time you move on it it squeaks! The Keurig while a very nice feature needs to be replace it takes so so long for it to brew! About 5 mins to get a cup! There is no place to hang up wet bathing suits or towels. 4 hangers in each room doesn’t cut it for clothes. Now we have stayed in this building before and had we not we would have no clue what so ever about anything!! We didn’t get a email from vacsa till the day of the trip! They didn’t tell us we had to go to another place to pickup the key fobs and garage opener. That was 2 emails to get that info. When we got to the condo we were given the wrong code! Took about 40 mins to get that fixed sitting in the hallway not fun when everyone has to pee! They didn’t provide the shower code we had to ask for it. And you only get one garage opener even though you can park 2 cars. No info is given about anything about the condo where the pools are how to get to them or the trash. We have stayed at many vacation homes and they always provide a binder with information. I provided more info for my home to the person taking care of my dogs then 703 did. For the building it self they need trash cans in the garage area and they need to turn up the pool heat! The indoor pool is freezing. I’m usually not so picky but for the price per night we paid I expect more. I would not stay in this unit again when we come back next year.

Great Property, Bad Check-In Experience

No issues with the property itself other than the security measures can make you scratch your head a little (i.e. you need a fob to get anywhere in the building). But over all this property is top notch. However, the check-in process was a mess. Long story short, it took us 2 hrs after arriving to actually get in the room because the codes we were given for the lock didn't work. The property manager had to come let us in. Other than that, the check-in process (obtaining parking passes, codes, key fobs, etc) was no problem.

Nice condo - great views, need more keys !!

Condo was nice, but starting to show wear. For the price we would have liked to have at least 3 key fobs. 2 keys posed a bit of difficulty when coordinating plans for activities during our stay. Overall it was a nice location and condo. Really liked being on the 7th floor and balcony overlooked ocean and bay which was very pretty.

Very nice place! Rules not so much.

The unit, location, parking were all exceptional. The two things of issue with why I gave it an overall lower rating is the 9 AM checkout time and the fact you have to remove all bed linens and put them in a bag outside. This means you have to wake up early, pack up your stuff AND remove all linens. We ended up leaving the night before because of this. We'd stay in the unit again but you have to book an extra day unless you normally leave early.

Great location. Property management awful.

This unit is perfectly located and the unit itself was amazing. Had a great view of beach and bay! Morning coffee on the balcony was the perfect way to start the day. Easy access to beach and surrounded by a few of the best places to eat right on the boardwalk. The property management however gets a big thumbs down. I was handed my envelope through a window and was provided no further information. Upon arriving at the garage I noticed numbered spots. I was never told which spot was our assigned spot (they should be based on room numbers but they arent). That was call number one. Then it took us quite a few minutes to figure out that the key fob was needed to get in the building and then also to work the elevator. Again, I wasn't provided any instruction. Finally get to the room and stood there like an idiot trying to use the fob to get in. I was never provided the code for the room! This was the second call to the property management company. Third call was when they also failed to provide me with the code to the outside shower so we could rinse off the sand! So frustrating. On the envelope I had instructions to rid the unit of garbage when checking out but I had no clue where the garbage was supposed to go! Sadly, even though the unit was nice, the pool was small and I will not deal with that realty company again so I won't go back.

Beautiful place, ideal location - exactly the beach vacation you hope for.

The property was ideally located with proximity to beach and boardwalk. Beautifully and totally renovated. Three bedrooms with three dedicated, spacious, beautiful private baths was perfect for the extended family we traveled with. Really enjoyed the south facing balcony with both ocean and bay views. East facing balconies can be brutally hot in the mornings. Very quiet on the 7th floor which was nice as well. Well apportioned kitchen with all the housewares you would want. Having the washer and dryer obviously eases packing a bit too. Only criticism i would have had nothing to do with unit but rather the complex ... and that is the use of fobs and garage door openers to get in and out of the complex. You are provided a single remote door opener to get in and out of the parking garage and two fobs that are required to access the complex and any of the elevators. With our party of seven, you can imagine the difficulties of people always needing one of the two fobs to get into or out of the complex. It was nice to know security was tight, but there has to be a better logistical way. Not the owners fault though - the unit was great and we had a terrific time.
