Book your deserved short vacation at Princess Irene Condominium Unit # 102!!! Very specious updated Oceanside condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, jacuzzi, large private balcony, sleeps 10 people. Building has an elevator and 2 assigned parking spots. Located right next to Fager's Island, staple of Ocean City, as well as near Bad Monkey, MackyĂŻÂżÂœs, Seacrets and other great restaurants and entertainment venues. Location is truly AMAZING! Ideally situated in midtown with easy access to the 90 bridge. Restaurants, beach, fun and shopping at your disposal. Access to your professionally cleaned, sanitized home is convenient with a keyless entry, and itĂŻÂżÂœs a self check in property.
The Space
We are ready for your group with plenty of new beds: 1 king, 2 full, 4 twins and queen size pull out sleeper sofa for extra guests.
Prepare delicious dishes in the bright full kitchen, configured with everything needed to prepare homemade meals. Or, stroll to a wide range of popular eateries nearby. FagerĂŻÂżÂœs Island is just 2 minute walk to the bayside where you can enjoy incredible sunsets in a great atmosphere. Bad Monkey restaurant is just across the street, and World famous Seacrets Jamaica USA is 10-15 minute walk, just a 10 blocks south. Most importantly apartment is just steps to the beach and fun.
The first and second bedrooms has a twin over full size wooden bunk beds. And master bedroom has king size bed plus twin over twin wooden bunkbed.
All beds have pillows and protective hyper allergenic mattress covers. Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival

Other things to note Linens and towel service is provided for the reservation that are from May 15 - Sept 30. During off season towel and linen service costs additional fee. Plus, all the beds have pillows, blankets and protective hyper allergenic mattress covers.

Property was in an excellent location. Condo had plenty of space. It wasn't the cleanest spot but good for being with friends. This place is not for families looking for a quiet destination. Had a really difficult time hearing back from the company running the place. I would encourage them to communicate more moving forward.
Needs to be little more attended,too and as far as accommodations. Admenities,but more greater.
Didânt approve of not having TVâs in the bedrooms. Of all silverware in the kitchen. There was only one fork. Should provide fresh new dish cleaning rags and towels,instead of a used sponge. I think a actual mop,should be present,along with the swisher swiper thingy thingy. The outside building needs a good power washing,as well as entrance doors,needing to be cleaned as well. Title name,on building is missing a letter. Very important,because the name of the building need to be well present.
Location was the best part of this condo. Otherwise, it was outdated, no window coverings in the living room so sleeping on the sleeper sofa was rough due to the light. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was unbearable to sleep on. I would not recommend.
The building is within one block and an easy walk to the beach. Thatâs the best part about this unit. The worst part is the noise and the other people who rent at this building - a lot of teens and young 20s. They were incredibly loud and up all through the night and even in the morning, partying on the patios and walkways and in their units. I havenât heard that much noise since I lived near frat boys in college. We were repeatedly awakened 5 out of 7 nights - even though we had white noise going to try to drown out the noise. The unit had been cleaned but the dishes were not clean. There is no dishwasher. We had to wash all dishes and utensils before using anything. There is also no washer/dryer, which is our fault not to have noticed that the listing didnât include it. Furnishings were fine and beds were comfortable. Unit is a large 3 BR. If it werenât for the noise and lack of dishwasher and washer/dryer, this would be a great place to stay for proximity to the beach (or if you like frat parties). I encourage the owner to better screen renters and to re-install dishwasher and washer/dryer.
