Take a short walk to the community amenities that include three pirate bay beaches, indoor, outdoor, and children's pools, a locker room, a party room, a library, walking trails, a fishing pier, boat docks, a restaurant, and a market. This home includes six flatscreen TVs, free WiFi, and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. You'll also have a sitting area and balcony, a gas fireplace, a private washer/dryer, central AC, and garage parking for two vehicles.

Things to Know
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A comfortable place

The house was big enough and relatively clean and neat. The rooms are showing some wear and tear, otherwise it was a good stay.

Great Location but condition of the house was a disappointment!

Check-In was relatively smooth and the staff at the check-in office were great. However, the condition of the house was not the best. Upon inspecting the house after check-in, we noticed that the walls were nicked up significantly throughout, numerous bathrooms had missing or broken towel and toilet paper bars, maggots were found in the kitchen sink, mold on the ceiling of the 4th floor, some of the remotes had dead batteries. In addition, the floors were not completely clean. I notified Vacasa customer service and was promised that someone would reach out to me to inspect my complaints. No one contacted me and no one came to correct the issues. We also had a fire alarm that would sound off sporadically throughout the night. The first time it happened, it caused unnecessary panic and us running throughout the house to check for a fire. The other times it sounded, it just disturbed our sleep. Check Out instructions were conflicting, the app/site provided one set of instructions while another set located on the refrigerator stated something different. When I contacted Vacasa via the app., their response did not answer my question. I had to e-mail them again for clarification. Overall, the house served it's purpose for 7 adults on a golf trip to sleep and shower. The location is great as it is conveniently located near many restaurants and minutes to the beach. It is also located in a gated community. The grounds of the community were very clean.

Seaside Dr 4 story townhouse on “private island”

Great place for an Ocean City workout. Entry on ground floor with one bedroom + garage + 3/4 bath. Stairs to 2nd floor kitchen, living room, two dining rooms + eat-in kitchen with outdoor porch off living area. Stairs to 3rd floor containing 4 bedrooms + one full bath + en-suite full bath + shower of master suite. Also another porch walk out from both master suite & queen bed bedroom. Then stairs (again!?) to 4th floor with one last bedroom + 3/4 bath + nice sitting area (for teens or those seeking quiet) with a walk out rooftop deck with views of Assawoman Bay. Very nice home. Two complaints: fire alarm went off for no discernible reason one evening and then turned itself off a few seconds later. No instructions given and Vrbo contact didn’t respond for over 2 hours, finally agreeing it might have something to do with summer humidity. No help and untimely at that. Complaint #2: with 5 toilets in the townhouse they only supplied 2 rolls of toilet paper. This is inherently unwelcoming since you only stand a 40% chance of an emergency call of nature not ending in unpleasantness and suggesting this is unwelcoming was met with uncaring attitude by Vrbo (although the response was faster than the fire alarm contact
 oddly.) So if you are a customer be SURE to BYOTP and place them right away. Of all the ways to pinch a penny skimping on TP in a multi-bath townhome is wrong. Otherwise it was fantastic! Loved it per everyone.

Great location!

The house was wonderful, roomy and very comfortable. We were there for a bike ride and the location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for 6 adults and bathrooms were a plus.

sunset island is charming!

We loved the charm of Sunset Island.. especially the sunsets! It was an ideal location, close to the bay and walking distance to the ocean. Our unit was nice. We wished the kitchen was stocked with more dishes, pots/pans, and utensils. Also, one of the coffeemakers was broken.

Golf outing stay

This was a great place to stay for our group of guys visiting Ocean City for a three day golf outing. The location was excellent, the accommodations were nice, 8 separate beds worked out well for the eight of us.
