Summer Beach 102 comfortably sleeps 6, between 2 Bedrooms and a convenient Sleeper Sofa, all while being in a DREAM location that is only a few short steps from the Beach! This Beachfront Condo provides fabulous Amenities such as a refreshing Seasonal, Outdoor Pool, gorgeous Ocean views, as well as being centrally located in Ocean City!

As you enter the open Living-Area, your gaze will first be drawn to the stunning Beachfront View you have! Summer Beach 102 boasts classic Beach decor, calming natural light, and plenty of seating for the family to gather to enjoy the view, Family Game Night or to have a relaxing evening watching a movie on the Flat Screen TV. Wander out to the Private Balcony to take in the beauty of your new surroundings!

The Well-Stocked Kitchen will make mealtime anything but a chore. The Dining Area provides seating for 4, while the Breakfast Bar provides additional seating for 2. If you would like to take a break from cooking while on Vacation, Ocean City has fantastic Restaurants with local flair, all within walking distance! Great location and very nice staff in the building office as well as great customer support on the phone. This particular unit had a problem with fruit flies during our stay though. For the life of us, we could not figure out where they were coming from. I can only assume there is a floor drain in one of the locked closets that doesn’t have any water in the trap. They just kept coming.

We are a family of 4 (boys ages 6&8) and overall, we had a great vacation! I was a little concerned about the cleanliness upon arrival, plus there was no toilet paper or towels anywhere in the bathrooms…but once we settled in & I vacuumed a bit, it was fine. (The ‘starter’ toilet paper was in a welcome bag in the kitchen and the bath/hand towels were in a big plastic bag in the master. Maybe that’s normal procedure but felt strange and unwelcoming compared to other places we stayed). Either way, nothing beats the location - we LOVED being :30 from the beach & having an ocean view. We walked to the boardwalk once and drove once - it’s a haul going all the way to the inlet, but doable! Plenty of places to eat, mini golf, shop nearby, and we walked to the water park one day too! Loved the unit’s set of old 90s VHS movies and the CD player, and the kitchen had all the cups/utensils/dishes needed! Pool was nice, place was quiet and we had a great time!

Memorial Day Weekend

Weather is everything! The tornado watch was a little alarming. But Tuesday was beautiful. We have stayed in Room 102 many times over the last 20+ years. And we are due back in August. Noticed the broom and vacuum were gone. Returning the cart to the cart room after check out was difficult after leaving the keys in the room. Had an issue with the door code working after adding an additional day. Cose never worked on add-on day. Looking forward to returning.

This unit needs some TLC First, I open the freezer and the only rack in there is all rusted. Coffee pot burner is so badly burn't with I'm guessing coffee grinds that the glass coffee pot didn't sit flat on it. But what really was unreal was the rug in this unit was beyond DISGUSTING. From the living room to the bedrooms, I can't even explain how many stains that were in this rug. Shame on this owner to even rent this unit out in this condition. I won't even get into all the stains on the furniture. Since we knew we could not get a refund or change units, we stuck it out wiping everything down and made sure we wore socks. Because of the rug, it made this whole place not look or feel clean. We have no reason to return.
