Avoid this townhouse. We arrived for our only vacation of the year to find a filthy, unsafe property heavily misrepresented by outdated photos. Check-in was delayed 4 hours, forcing us to wait outside until 8 PM. Upon entry, the home had a foul odor that was being masked with a dirty window fan running in the kitchen. The dispatched housekeeper even admitted the condition was unacceptably bad. The townhouse contained health and safety hazards. There were dried blood drops tracked across the bedroom and bathroom floors, plus blood on the comforter in that same room. We found active mold in the bathroom and washer seal, and dried vomit on the balcony and balcony furniture. Trash and dirty silverware were left under the sofa and beds. Furthermore, the bunk beds were structurally unstable and rocked pretty bad, while the master shower floor was squishy indicating that it was rotting beneath the fiberglass. I was forced to clean up the blood and had to buy emergency air mattresses and bedding out of pocket because the bedding was entirely unsafe to sleep on. To hide missing inventory, broken dining chairs were stuffed into a closet with other trash. We were promised maintenance to evaluate the unsafe beds while they looked to relocate us, but all commitments were completely abandoned and our deadlines were ignored. We were stuck there because the town was entirely sold out. Dealing with this consumed our vacation time and caused severe distress. Do not trust this listing.
