The house features five tastefully decorated bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, gorgeous and fully equipped kitchen, fully furnished balconies, and a lot more! Free WiFi and Cable available! This is a nonsmoking unit. No Pets allowed, please.

Amenity Fees: $220.00 covers 6 facility & 3 parking passes.  Please note, additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week.

Nice Location

The property was nice. The loft bed should definitely be a king size bed. The floor/carpet was dirty which I wasn't happy about b/c I had a crawling baby. Other than that the place was nice and quaint community. Loved the private beaches and market.

My family absolutely enjoyed the entire week!! The facility provided to us was amazing. The community was awesome. 39 Sunset Dr. was well-kept and remarkable and also provided provided everything the extra items my family would need as far as beach gear. Awesome vacation

Nice home to rent

Had a pleasant time at this location. Had what we needed for a half week stay. This must be a new rental...would recomend in home instructions for recycling, and tv remotes, could use more "serving" bowls

Great Family Vacation
