Guests must register with the front desk upon check-in. From October 29th-March 31st parking is FREE. Apr-Oct 28th, The Quay charges a $100  non-refundable building registration fee which includes parking for 1 car. Second car parking is based on availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis with a price of $12/day or $75 /week. This 2nd pass can be purchased at the security desk on the 1st floor. Additional free parking can be found curbside up and down Ocean City. As well as pay to park spots which can be found in the municipal lot on 100th street!



Once at the Quay and parked there is no reason to leave! With everything, you could need including a game room, indoor and outdoor pool, private tennis courts, sauna, and convenient store all in one building. The only time you will need to leave is to walk up to the beach! Located right past 100th street the Quay is surrounded by local attractions such as great local restaurants, many Put-put courses, and even amusement parks!

Pool open Memorial - Oct 1st. Sometimes earlier or later weather permitting at the discretion of the building. Please ask if you are curious about pool openings during your stay :)



In-season Apr-Oct 28th $100 registration fee applies to all reservations.

This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.



Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! 😊

Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.

If a pack n' play is needed for your stay, please request from us ASAP upon booking confirmation.

Please note that due to certain unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, building maintenance can be unexpected and happen at any time. We appreciate your understanding should a maintenance call be necessary during your stay.
