We loved the clean room which was simple and perfect the two of us enjoying the beach for one last long weekend before summer ended. We had a small view of the beach from outside of our room but access to it was fast and easy. The boardwalk food options were too convenient.

Absolutely adorable little place, right on the boardwalk. Went down for a music festival, so it was very convenient not to have to drive anywhere for 3 days. The staff is so friendly, always a greeting when you walk through the lobby area. As an AGM of a different hotel I can tell you all the places grime can hide. This place was just about spotless. Very well maintained. Hope we see you again.

Location is excellent - easy walking distance to country calling festival . Staff was helpful and polite even when we arrived at 3am from a late check in due to flights as they have 24 hour front desk service. Room was very neat and tidy and well stocked with shower towels. Shampoos and soaps are very basic and could be a bit better quality but they did the job. Simple basic layout of building and it Felt safe and secure. Great pub across the street called Bird Dog tavern for end of day dancing and music and they had excellent service. The walls are not soundproofed so noise from adjoining rooms could be an issue if you are a light sleeper, but after a long festival day capped with some pub time we didn't notice it much more than morning routine noises. Will definitely stay here again if coming back to Ocean City.

Although this is an older property and the outside is not perfect, inside the rooms is! Our room was absolutely spotless - unbelievably clean and the beds were amazing! It was not fancy, however, right off the boardwalk and could not have asked for a better stay! We plan on staying here again next year!

The bed was comfy. The shower was hot with good pressure. The room was quiet and the a/c worked well. They also gave tons of towels. What more could one ask for? If you’re looking for a 5 star property, this isn’t the place for you. We stayed. 3 nights for a music festival. While all the lodging in the area was ridiculously expensive, this place was more affordable than most and in close proximity to the festival. I’m sure the price is reasonable when there’s no special event in town. The room met our needs just fine, and the front desk staff was always friendly! Of note, the full size beds are just that. They aren’t queens. We stayed in a room with 2 beds because we’re used to sharing a king size bed and like our space.

Great location near the boardwalk, friendly staff. Rooms were clean and simple. The batroom was small and the shower was tiny but functional. The bathroom could use some hooks for hanging towels. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would give it 4.5 stars if possible as there are no extra benefits. So anyone looking for something fancy may be disappointed

Guy from Italy was AWESOME. Porch chairs great but using them is awkward in terms of the door and its locking etc. Would like to see hot water w tea selection, non-dairy creamer, bigger coffee cups and insulated sleeves. Fridge was AMPLE but too big for an efficiency size room. Bed comfy.

Room was exactly how described. It was a great room for us to stay over night near all the activities at the boardwalk. Restaurants and shops were walkable from the hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful. It’s an older building so not a lot of amenities but very comfortable and clean and great location.

Very Clean place, staff was very friendly, parking was close. Easy walk to the boardwalk. Only down fall was all the steps. No elevator but it states that when you book.
