Two Large Balconies To Watch Beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets From Your Unit!

** The brand new Irene beachfront pool will stay open until 10/26/26.**

Start your mornings with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise from your extra-large balcony that runs from the living room to the master bedroom! The unit sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master bedroom and two double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms have been updated with the master bath having a stand-up shower and the 2nd bathroom having a tub/shower combo. This unit is nicely decorated and has newer furnishings throughout. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and has everything you need for cooking your meals from home. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit too! There are TVs in all of the bedrooms including wireless internet for "working from home". After your fun filled day, grab a cocktail and go to the front balcony to enjoy one of Ocean City's famous sunsets! It really doesn't get much better!

The building has a fitness center that will help you keep that "beach body" in tip-top shape. The kids will love the game room that features a foosball table, ping pong table, pool table and an air hockey table. There is also a brand-new ocean-front pool! The Irene is centrally located to 2 grocery stores, a movie theatre, a mall and great restaurants such as Liquid Assets, Lombardi's, The Crab Bag and The Mirage to name a few. It is also a short drive to fun activities for the kids such as miniature golf, laser tag and go carts.

* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $60 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival and paid in cash. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry, no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This unit is on the 19th floor. The Irene is an elevator building.
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This unit is on 111th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Incredible stay!

The place is exactly what it looks like in the photos and so much more. The views are incredible and the ease of getting in and out was so easy. Before we even finished out stay we were already planning out next one. Great building great condo great location.

The condo was nicely furnished and had a well equipped kitchen. The views from the very large balcony overlooking the ocean were phenomenal. You are within walking distance of some very nice restaurants and eateries.

Excellent View worth every penny

By far the best stay in Ocean City! Steps from the beach on the ocean side, and blocks away from the Food Lion/ Shops on the bay side. All furniture was updated, even an extra dining set on the bayside to watch the sunset! Highly recommend will stay again!

Amazing Condo

This condo was exactly what I was hoping for! The perfect size, clean, quiet, and a great location with easy parking. I could’ve sat on the balcony and watched the beach all day. Will definitely be looking to stay here next time we are in OC!

We had an amazing time! So easy and fun for our family. We have children ages 5 and 2. Being right on the beach is a must for us! The condo was very clean and was perfect for what we were looking for! Will be making Ocean City an annual trip :)!

My friends and I loved our stay. The property was beautiful, very well stocked and beautifully decorated. The views were amazing! My friends thanked me number of times for finding such great property, and are already talking about returning here again. This was my first time booking through VRBO so I had number of questions, including just prior to check-in. I received quick responses to all my inquiries, which really put me at ease. The building could use some TLC, but the unit that we rented was very nice. We walked in and it looked just like the pics. The balcony was great, view wasgreat.

What a great condo! Less than a minute walk down to the ocean and beautiful balcony views from the Bay side and Ocean! It was nice to wake up to sunrise and then eat dinner at the bay side balcony. Overall clean space. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed
