As you step inside, you`ll be greeted by a spacious and thoughtfully furnished interior that combines modern comforts with a touch of local charm. The living area, with its plush seating and large windows, offers views of the canal, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation and social gatherings. the sofa also has a sleeper inside for extra sleeping if needed.
The villa boasts 2 canal-facing bedrooms, each offering a unique view of the tranquil waters. Our master suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a king-sized bed with premium linens, ample storage space, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom equipped with luxurious amenities. Wake up to the gentle sound of water and enjoy the peaceful scenery right from your bed.
The second bedroom is a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twin up top. It also features its own private bath.
POOL ACCESS:
The community pool is managed by the building and not the host. Pool availability may be seasonal and is not guaranteed to be open during your stay, as closure can occur for maintenance, repairs, or at the end of season.
STARTER KIT:
We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note these items are not replenished during your stay.
Kitchen Kit: 1 roll paper towels, 2 small trash bags, 2 large trash bags, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, 2 dish towels.
Full Bathroom Kit: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bar soap.
Linens & Towels: Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter. We provide sheets for sofa beds that are left in the room with the couch, but not for trundles/rollaway beds. Each guest receives 1 towel set (large bath, hand, washcloth). The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay.
For your entertainment and leisure, the villa provides access to a variety of facilities. Enjoy a swim in our year-round indoor pool, perfect for any weather, or engage in a friendly match at our well-maintained tennis and racket ball courts. During the warmer months, our seasonal outdoor pool is an ideal spot to unwind and soak up the sun.

If you need to have a package delivered during your stay please note that our delivery pick up window is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm at our main office. We require that you allow us the opportunity to rectify the problem during your stay, as our response time is typically less than an hour. We will make every effort to address and resolve the situation to the best of our ability. However, please understand that such natural occurrences or maintenance issues do not warrant refunds.
